I would love to donate but I'm 58,sorry sir your too old,only in Thailand you can have a crazy rule like this while you watch people die because of blood shortages.

Just thinking,if any of you guys are paying for two tablets one statin and another blood thinner,there are tablets on the market that do both,but maybe your doctor doesn't like selling you one tablet.

I can't comment on price lists but I ran out of tablets for my cholesterol all pharmacist and hospitals prices in Phuket were off the scale,i feel sorry for the locals paying these prices when they get ill,As it happens my next destination was India,I got my tablets from a government hospital over 10 times cheaper,shame on you Thailand.

I'm 58 I would love to donate but I'm too old,but only too old in Thailand,they need to address this.

I'm from the UK,I can donate blood as long as I like with no age restrictions,I'm nearly 60 and donated over 50 units of blood in the UK some in other parts of the world as well but Thailand had this stupid rule that you cannot donate after the age of 55,I've tried.Where is the problem,I got refused in Tesco Lotus in Phuket the other day,I'm fit,not overweight,don't smoke ok I have the occasional beer but I'm 58,sorry sir you are too old.

I'm also hitting a brick wall in the UK due to the fact I visit malarious countries so I'm on a 6 month ban,so if Thailand is short of blood a simple rule change could improve things.

Just a last point,why is it called Covid 19, basically the Chinese put WHO under pressure to name it anythinf apart from the the name The Wuhan Flu,your right AussieBob18 the Chinese well and truly screwed up.
