With the Track and Trace EMS Thai Postal Service who is the individual below (J DEPASCALE) that is indicated as receiving my 7162?  Is it the postmaster or is it an employee of SS?

I sent it EMS tracking in mid-August...it languished in International (United States) for TWO MONTHS until finally on 10/20 it was delivered!!  What the...!!!

In the meantime, like so many others I called US SS and my local SS in US.  I contacted Manila.  I had the Thai post office track it and they reported it was lost.  Time, time, time and worry! :(

Can I now assume all is well or should I verify with someone that my 7162 is received e.g. my local SS in US (they were quite responsive when I called them on 11/3 - they looked in their system and reported to me my 7162 was not received)?

I have a 2012... Love it! 

What are the quarantine requirements arriving from Guam?
I am considering flying to Guam to get a booster for my J&J as I am uncertain how long it will be before I can get a booster here in Thailand.
But I don't know what quarantine category Guam is in.  
Might it be considered the same as the US?

To date there have been 115,000 world deaths due to coronavirus/7.8 billion world population = .0000147%

We can also do percentage dead to date of coronavirus per nation.  Examples:
17,209 deaths to date in Spain due to coronavirus/Spanish population of 46,754,000 = .0368%
217 deaths to date in South Korea due to coronavirus/South Korean population of 51,000,000 = .000425%

Other comparisons could be national percentage dead annually per preventable specific cause such as due to transportation 
accidents and due to various physical and mental illnesses.  If there was more global train transportation or if more people worked
from home likely there would be many fewer annual transportation deaths.  If the environment was cleaner and social conditions were
better likely there would be many fewer annual deaths due to various physical and mental illnesses.

What might be the net cost in deaths due to having a policy of locking down the specific nation for 2 weeks, 1 month, 2 months and various longer periods of time?

After a set period of lock down e.g. 1 month, presumably most everyone in the population is virus free.  

What happens now?

Wouldn't it simply take testing everyone to resolve the virus problem?

If you test positive you stay home and if you get sicker you go to the hospital.

If you test negative off you go to work, to school, to wherever.
