Thank you for answering my question. I am planning to extend my Non O (marriage based) visa for a fourth year. However, my passport is about to expire and I am renewing my passport at the consulate in November 2022. At that time, I have already completed the process of transferring the stamp to the new passport. I am aware that the annual extension is in May 2023 and that a copy of the Non-O visa will be required at that time. Is the copy of the visa attached to my previous passport sufficient? Do I need to get a new Non-O visa? Thank you.
