Don’t worry, my under consideration period once lasted 45 days, no problems with IO, overstay etc etc.
edit: just go back on the day they said you have to go back and wait and see, maybe they even will call, they did in our case
Thank you so much

They've given you an "under consideration" stamp, it remains valid until you get the real extension stamp, basically it's unlimited time.
Thank you so much stay safe

I did my application for my Marriage Visa and get the under consideration stamp and today I'm back on the date that's on the stamp.
Then I were informed that my application is not back yet and that I must come back next week I then ask for some kind of proof with a date on it for next week but they don't want to assist with that and only tell me to come back next week.
Now my passport shows that my visa is expired so how will I be safe when I'm asked for my passport in this time without a valid visa stamp?

Good day I just want to know if my March 2021 translated unabridged marriage certificate with all the necessary stamps that I used to register my marriage here is still valid for my marriage visa application or must I get it translated again?

But what about the rest of Thailand ? Here in Hua hin and Cha am that is now open for tourist and on the open blue list it is like driving through a burning cole mine. So I ask why not putting in a combined evert and clean up the whole Thailand and get rid of this droped loud ilegal trucks that never see the inside of a Garage to get serviced.

Thank you very much

My Thai wife and I get married in South Africa in the beginning of this year but staying permanent in Thailand, I want to know if my marriage certificate and marriage register ( translated to Thai) plus passport is enough to register my marriage in Thailand or do I need something more like a unabridged marriage certificate?

I'm in the same boat, on the 25th of March my wife (who is a thai citizen) and I flew back to Thailand from South Africa after visiting our family before leaving we make contact with the Thai embassy in Pretoria and after getting all the necessary documents and tests we get on the plane, when arriving in Thailand they informed us that she may enter but I must go back to South Africa because no foreigners may enter.
After a flying already for 16 hours I must sit and wait another 13 hours for a flight back to South Africa and just land in time some hours to spare before lockdown. So at this moment I have a longstay visa till December but when will I be reunited with my wife and daughter. My life my everything is there in Thailand. So please keep me up to date
Thankyou
