You probably mean this?
Foreigners who are short-term visitors (including business and official travellers) travelling from one of the following countries/regions may seek entry into Singapore by applying for an Air Travel Pass (ATP):
- Brunei Darussalam
- Mainland China
- New Zealand

Singapore is not accepting tourists right now, or no where else in Asia is. The closest may be in Europe, Athens for instance. Athens is accepting tourists with a Rapid test requirement/ PCR Test Requirement.
Should Non B need to be applied for, should this not be applied via the Thai Embassy in the home country of the citizen? -
Have received a COE pre-approval e-mail from the Embassy but when I keyed in the details (very sure all the details are correct, including the 6 digit code I received via email). Should I restart the application?

Thank you so much for your information again! Been a great help!

Looking to travel to Athens for a short 5 day trip (Arrive in Athens on 25 June and Fly back to Thailand on 30 June) on Visa Exemption Scheme and to come back to Thailand for 14 day quarantine.
Was just told by Royal Thai Embassy of Athens that I can only apply when I am in Athens and they said they need 10 business days for approval of COE, anyone has any of such similar experiences?
Asked them if I can go down to the Embassy and was told they can only do it digitally now.

Does this apply to Visa Exempt too?

Hi there,
Was offered a job in the country but will like to check if anyone has had the experience of converting TR to Non Immigration Non B within the country?

Thanks BritTim! Have been thinking of applying for the business registration with my Thai counterparts but am afraid that once the funds are in, the authorities are still unable to issue a visa/ work permit for myself at this juncture- hence I am uncertain about kickstarting the process.
Heard that they are only allowing existing work permit holders to return at this stage, so not sure if they are issuing new work permits yet.

Anyone who happens to know if new visas/ work permits are still being issued to foreigners for new businesses in Thailand during this Covid period?
Thinking of getting Thai counterparts to sign up for a new business registration (Thai majority owned) with sufficient enough capital for a work permit and Non- Immigration Visa B, but not sure if they are still issuing NEW visas/ work permits for (new) foreign business owners.
Recommended neighbouring countries for a visa run? (Need to apply for Non-B visa)

I see, perhaps OP might want to check but to my knowledge, am quite sure that Singapore is not accepting tourists right now. The government is seeking to achieve 70% vaccination rate before gradually opening up.
