Lord, don't let Thailand turn out to be like America. Illegals are a huge problem in America.

I can't stop laughing. 🤣 11 penis rings. Be happy with what you have and get on with your life.

Thailand really needs to come out of the dark ages. There are many things that are more important, like traffic control, not just checkpoints. The RTP needs to step it up, patrol the roads, and issue fines. I am a retired US Army veteran living here in Thailand and have the utmost respect for the RTP and Thai immigration officers.

There should be a law as to who should be allowed to wear g string bikinis at the beach as well. My god, the most grotesque looking females thinking skimpy bikinis are flattering is staggering.
I don't suppose these ladies in picture had a hotel with pool for sunbathing, nah.
I couldn't agree more. There are some ladies for whom a one-piece suit would still not be flattering on the beach or poolside. I am fat, and there is no way I would wear a Speedo. LOL!

I see so many people parking in a handicap parking space that have no disability. Is there a fine if someone parks in a handicap space without a parking permit? How and who do you report them to? Makro is an excellent example for complying with handicap parking. The parking attendants keep a close eye on violators. Lotus is the worst; they have no parking lot attendants. I am disabled and have heart disease that limits my walking. I get really upset with the attitudes and the inconsiderate Thai people. I want to park behind them but that's not a good idea. Any suggestion?

Wait, Wait...you didn't pay rent for two months you gave the landlord one month with a promise that you would have the rest of the rent in a few days. If I where the landlord I would have taken your money and kicked your ass out right then and there, legal or not. Personally, I have no patient for deadbeats.

I was in Udon Thani 50+ years ago and I am sure it has changed. I found it friendly back then. I live in Kalasin now and what to visit there again. If you haven't figured it out I was in the Army 50+ years ago. I am really looking forward to returning.

It might be an issue with a warranty deed. In America a warranty deed some ways protects the second party. The legal issues are many. As some have already pointed out seek a good real-estate lawyer.

True these embassies no longer issue income verification letters that's old news whoever, like in my case and for others I got verification for my social security income from the social security office in my country, which worked.

Some make the mistake that 800,000 baht in you bank for a period of 2-3 months prior to application is the only requirement for a retirement VISA. As I have read the immigration law it states 800,000 baht or a monthly income of at least 65,000 baht which equals to 800,000 baht annually.

That doesn't help when you return to your car and it's booted.
I have ordered from Lazada a handicap window sticker. I hope that helps and keeps me from getting booted.

I think she needs proper training...maybe a refresher course. My lady also lacks attention when driving, so i take the wheel when we go out. Her main issue was following too close and not looking far enough ahead; slowly we got there and she is much better now.
I refuse to let my wife drive, period! She has already taken out a couple on a motorbike. Thank God they only had minor injuries.

Do you walk around the places you go to, or do you use a wheelchair?
I usually find a seat and let my wife do the shopping.

Unfortunately at this time here in Thailand it's something you will have to live with. It can’t be much fun when you’re genuinely disabled.
As you will read in other posts often you’ll find that disabled bays are occupied by expensive cars.
Do you have Disabled Stickers on your front and rear screen. Just interested to know.
I see links above that will help me get a handicap sticker. Thank you.

if there are not any security or anyone can help you and you are very very sure that the driver is normal, just park behind him. This can end up dangerous but also can end up really nice. One of my friends did this and actually the guy who parked was really really sorry.
you can take the picture and call traffic police too. but again be very sure that the driver is normal. if you want to post the picture you must blur/block the number plate and other things which will make the driver obvious.
you can apply for a sticker but sorry i cannot remember from where. you might call transportation office which is near Bang Sue, bangkok i think.
At Global House, Makro and Tesco they have parking lot attendants but do nothing. At Makro for instance handicap spots are taken by delivery service vehicles. At Tesco I have seen street food carts and Global anything goes

I find there are some inconsiderate people that park in spaces reserved for handicap and spaces for pregnant women just for their convenance. Due to a serious back energy many years ago, I walk with a cane and find it difficult to walk 15 meters before I reach pain levels above 5 or 6 plus, I have heart issues. Back in America I had a special tag that would allow me to park in handicap spaces. Is there a law regarding handicap parking here in Thailand? If so and I need a permit, where do I apply for one? I find that Americans have a lot more respect for the handicap than here.

And it would be well deserved, Cats and humans have coexisted for 1000's of years, this is hardly a step forward especially for cats, who ever is suggesting this is obviously "challenged|"
I have owned cats pretty much my entire life. I kept my cats inside. A cat box and some cat litter is all you need.

nobody puts cats on a lead, why would they?
You ever try to put a leash on a cat? It is the same as giving them a bath. You are likely to end up with some serious cat scratch wounds.

Talk, Talk, Talk. There will be nothing done. The way animals are treated and neglected here in Thailand is shameful.

I can't be the only one who was riding a mini bike on country roads age 10 or 11. Had a 90cc Honda age 13. Was driving our farm truck about 5 km to work age 14. Bought my first car a 56 chevy at age 15 before I had a license, my own money from working.
I get these parents letting their kids ride MB's at early age. But it's the forking cell phone pandemic that caused this carnage
I think cell phone are becoming the number one cause for vehicle accidents not alcohol. Alcohol maybe number one for deaths. The combinations of the two is certain death. Cell phones should be locked away in a glove box. If caught with the phone in hand you must pay a heavy fined or impounded leaving the parent of or that person to come to the police station to recover their phone.
-
Parents need to teach their children safety whether two wheels or four. 14 is a good age to learn to ride or drive. The driving classes are a joke and I don't see any motorbike riding classes. The RTP needs to mandate these classes.

This is just plain stupid. They say it is being connected to anti government protest. If you can't take a little heat get out of the kitchen.
