Can someone help me out here regarding the rules? In my area the schools have been shut. However, where I live which is a typical village community I have a neighbour that is running a small teaching service using his home as a classroom, the parking area to be exact, not 3 to 5 metres away from my dining room.. Under normal circumstances I am not happy listening to his shouting kids and the teachers elevated voice and the frequent coming and goings of the parents in their cars! But, I cannot understand that this is legal or correct in the current Covid-19 Lockdown situation? Have tried to talk to the man in a polite manner to which he had replied, " I do as I want here"
Any guidance would be much appreciated.

I have been self isolating at home and wearing masks in Public since January. However, my isolation at home has become a nightmare as my neighbour a retired teacher is running a kindergarten/school on his front driveway just a few metres from my Dining room window. Listening to him teaching by rote and the screaming kids is doing my head in! Not withstanding the fact that all the kids visiting are not wearing masks including the teacher and his assisting staff. I have tried to ask the man to stop politely which seemed to have angered him. Enough said!

It's very sad to see that some school teachers are profiteering from the situation by offering tuition based in private residences whilst schools are shut down, and offering alternative daytime care facility for those parents who have to work.
