Bring both passports if your visa is still valid, worst scenario is VOA, best is old visa transferred to new passport, if you have a re-entry permit 

You are only able to obtain a Non OA from a Thai consulate/embassy, it is not possible to obtain Non O based on retirement. 

Take proof of flight itinerary to immigration and they should put you under consideration until 13th May.

Non O inside of Thailand or Non OA Retirement outside. 

Division 4 is in Khon Kaen and serves the whole Isan region.

After Big Joke has finished with immigration please investigate the alleged corruption in hospitals, electricity, roads, schools, water, farming, airports and any other industries that you can think of!

They had Mondex experiment in UK 1995 and it failed miserably, seems people like a bit of both!

You need to ask for airmail or e packet, much cheaper!

WOW made me ill just reading it, should of used a visa agency, would of cost between 25k to 50k maximum for 12 to 15 months stress free. At least he is still alive to tell his story, very brave man.

I had a great experience with a company called Mythaivisa, picked me up from my condo in Huay Kwang, the driver  took me to the bank in Pattaya to get proof of funds, then straight to the front of the queue in immigration, had to wait 3 weeks for my passport with 15 months visa. Highly recommend definitely using them again next time.
