Keep seeing these posts about how bad Thailand pass is to get. Applied for mine and got approved within 2 hours. Was I just lucky?

I flew into Thailand on Sunday and nobody questioned my 1 month covid insurance even with my retirement stamps

I flew from hat Yai to BKK two days ago. No problems. 

If you have the wise account app on your phone look at your USD balance then check account details.  You should see us bank details. I got this automatically when I arranged the borderless debit card 

And depending on your employer you may still have to quarantine before going offshore. 

Used them once a few years ago because there fees at the time were better than WU. Never again. Took days for the transfer to go through. Customer service was useless. 

3d verification has been down most of this morning. I have been having the same problem. 

I recieved the same message and when I asked the reason for the delay they replied with.  

"In order to the pandemic of Covid-19 Delta varient in USA. The US government become reserving the vaccine for US citizen. This is a reason of vaccine for Thailand is postponed. The Private Hospital Association must pay the cost of vaccine to Moderna USA to ensure there are vaccines reserved for Thailand. 

As an update, there is only 1.5 million doses of vaccine deliver to Thailand this year, which we do not expect to get this batch of the vaccine. "
 

Looks like one sucker here. If it is too good to be true then it usually is

Bangkok hospital hat Yai. 3900 baht. They say  Results within 24 hours but got my results same day. Swab taken at 9 am and results back at 3 pm. 

Go through the website to make an appointment.

Ok I said within 72 hours rather than 72 hours before

Result should be within 72 hours of arrival in Thailand. 

We are at the mercy of our government if we choose to follow that path. 

Had the same problem myself. Dtac no longer accept foreign credit or debit cards. They said there has been too many fraudulent payments using foreign credit cards. Not sure how that works because I managed to use a third party company in the Netherlands to top up my account until I had time to change to another provider.
