Hi
I'm in a similar situation but with
non Imm O Married extension.
with Re Entry Permit valid until 20 April as due to return to Thailand
30 March but was prevented by Covid19.
Fit and Healthy but age 83 finding it impossible to get Health Insurance.
My Wife is in Thailand having had to make Urgent visit due to Sister being killed in traffic accident.
I have Yellow House Book in my name for our property, and funds permanently in Thailand Bank for
"Married Visa "
Can anyone help
thank you

If you are in the country health insurance is not required to apply for another extension based upon marriage.
If you outside of Thailand you may need insurance for covid 19 with a coverage of $100,000 to enter the country. Until at least July 1st you will not be able to enter the country since passenger flights are not allowed.

At the present time International passenger flights are still suspended.
What date does your permission of stay on the extension end.
Thank you
Yes I have an extension based on marriage RE Entry Permit valid until 21April 2020.
Was due to fly 29_March then Covid intruded.
My understanding was that the amnesty covered Re Entry Permit
being extended.
the Thai Consulate in Liverpool said that going back with my Re
Entry Permit would allow me to apply for a further extension or the issue of a new Visa at Immigration in Thailand.

I use a Non I Married Visa, Yellow House Book Holder, maintain money in Thai Bank.
have a Re Entry Permit unable to use whilst valid due to travel restrictions.
Can it be extended, like expired Visas in Thailand? Under the Amnesty.
