Also for the last 10 years, the younger generation have been selling off there inheritance from grandma and granddad, and spunking all the money.
on pick ups, parties, phones, holidays. and so on, now they have no land to
build a home on, so have joined the ranks of renters for ever !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So what does it matter if Falangs can own land, or should it just be a few large companies and rich Thais having it all.
Thailand sold it's self down the river years ago.
Rich will only get richer in Thailand, with there Chinese mates standing behind the captain of the ship.

The short answer to this is that it’s 7.8 billion other “farang” in the world, and that Thailand is a country that farming is very well suited for.
In the big pictures, who cares about some tens of thousand foreigners that bought some apartments stuffed on top of each other in a cement block on a few rai.
No one should because it’s not important at all.
Let the land laws be exactly
like it is now with freehold in these cement blocks and let the thais have full control over what’s the real land and which is worth something. They are patriotic just like most others are and should be about their country.
The land laws should never ever change and put an eas on as keeping it under control is of major importance to any country any the most important to protect.
South Koreans, Indians and Chinese are standing ready to buy up. There has been cases in Thailand with fake marriages with men from these countries and thai woman to secure huge land plots in Isaan.

They have no clue about what will be the results. They only want money.
Its a very very bad idea to open up the property market more.
Foreigners not married into a Thai family should not be allowed to buy any land plot in Thailand.
Keep it like it is today.

For the first time in my life I am reconsidering to live another place than Thailand. This place will be a future hell hole if it goes on like this.
This app virtually registers every place you enter then. What a mentally retarded world people are accepting to be drawn into.

Jo Ferrari is just a kid compared to the policeman down south that was caught a few years ago.
He had 10 billion bath in assets. And 4-5 large vaults, 1 in each of his houses. Each house was stashed with loads of cash. He was dealing fuel in the black market. Importing I think it was.
He was a big fish.194 million GBP worth????????

Pretty insane.
This case is actually Thailand’s chance to show they’ve got some balls to uphold normal expected law and order.
He needs to get life in jail. If not other officers will just continue these horrible interrogations.

This is what happens when corrupt and money hungry officials plan stuff.
Totally blindfolded by greed and without the ability to understand much more.

Just go in yourself and check. The worst thing that can happen is that you’re getting suffocated with a plastic bag thai style.

Phuket is full of dangerous and mentalists thai men. In Chalong area and southern tip of Phuket one year 10 people were murdered.

OSL Gardermoen international airport has one of the most bad reputations around the world on how they are treating travelers (Norwegians) at the airport through covid regulations. Long waiting, mental queues, harsh guards.
People think Norway is one of the best countries to live in.
The truth is it’s becoming a harsh stasi state where all aspects in life is heavily regulated and punished.- 1

It could be pretty covid safe for tourist coming to Phuket now.
They could each and everyone of them have their own hotel as a private residence.- 1

The start of a failed state is when your government sees no other way than increasing fines to compensate for a lacking income.

Probably broke to the bone and worked out an exit strategy without losing his his falang face.
Also a perfect way to obtain a no-entry-thai-visa ????

All seems to be paved out for great
scams and price hikes to get back the “lost money” by all operators. I wouldn’t like to be a genuine long time tourist in Phuket once it gets going again.
Cause it won’t be cheap!
