I know it's a bit of a long shot but I'll be in Bkk from Sept to Jan and I stayed at the condo last year, my landlady told me the apartment is not available anymore so I'm looking to rent another room at the same building if possible. I wouldn't mind another building around the area. Any advice is appreciated. Thank you!

Hi! I need to start planning on a visa run for next month, and I'll be departing from Bangkok. Which options do you guys think are the best as of right now? Trying to find a nice balance between time and money spent. If I understand correctly they give you 45 days now compared to 30 before right? Thank you in advance!
