He would need health insurance for the length of his stay including Covid-19 cover I would think but not sure 

The PM doesn't understand that there are now Thai people not able to to feed themselves with food and pay there rent or mortgage as no handouts from the goverment because they lost there job because of the economic situation in thailand because of no tourism.

There are more deaths a day caused in thailand through accidents on the road than there has been covid-19 linked deaths since the start of the pandemic.

Thailand will have to take the chance of reopening to tourists soon before there are Thai people starving on the streets and no home to stay in , going back to a third world country will be the status soon if the Thai goverment doesn't make some drastic steps to open up and take that risk that there will be more deaths.

Make sure everyone has driving test and driving licence is better than bothering about what frigging disease they have !!!

Supposed to be that all tourists will have to do 14 day quarantine if Thailand opens up on 1st October ,check Bangkok post website 

twin countries , what is this supposed to mean ?

I heard they were thinking of opening up Phuket first but nothing certain yet
