Out of gas . leak in copper pipes  they use a  ( special allow of coper )

for replacement 

Lots of Foreigners talking=think in terms of , if ,, i could only sell my condo , my house , take my funds out of Thailand unimpeded , i pack tomorrow ? 

40,000,000.oo why would anyone consider moving/living/settling  to Thailand ,with this lot ,

in your kitty 

Thailand is only tractive for the affordable life style after retirement ,to live it ,

a foreigners ambition and business sense get squashed here very quick
