    Observee posted a topic in Real Estate, Housing, House and Land Ownership
    my neighbours house is about 14 meters high. His boundary wall is 2.80 in height. From his second floor he is still permanently looking into our property. Here is the question, can we close the gap from 2.80m to 5.0 m to get back our privacy and block his sight and spying on us every time we are outdoors in our garden. Which law which rules tell you more and where to find them ? Thank you for your support.
