My company is eligible for only 1 WP so I believe I need to cancel my WP first then issue a WP for the person who's taking over. I've contacted an agent a week ago but they were not quite sure about this. I'm curious whether 1. Is it even possible to convert an STV to Non-B in country now? 2. What are the typical processes of transferring a WP to a new director? Thank you.
