Thank you for your responses everyone. I think I just don't want to be paying around 10k a month for treatment. 

I remember the first doctor I saw said Bangkok hospital if money is no issue, if it is try Sukhumvit hospital. I was also recommended Mission hospital if anyone knows about this one? 

I do like the sound of a western trained doctor though, thanks tyler28.

Thank you Ryan, that doesn't seem to bad either. It's just the constant price for treating TRT is what's making me look around.

Not on TRT, but on some other meds for different issues related to diabetes and of course the opposite of what your going through as I have High T.  You would think that at 56 years of age, I would not be having the issues associated with having too much, but I guess I am genetically pre-disposed to it.

Dam I'm envious and the opposite to you, you'd think at 27 I'd have high T but unfortunately mine is not even remotely high.

Check out BNH Hospital in Sathon.  I see an endocrinologist there and there gastro internists are also pretty good.  You can go to the website they have and search for the doctors in the specialty you want.  My Bill is fairly inexpensive when I see the doctor and have lab tests run.

Hey everyone,

I've recently had 3 blood tests and all 3 have shown I have hypogonadism, low total and free T. When I discussed the levels with a family physician she wrote me a letter for an endocrinologist to read who should then look to start me on TRT in her professional opinion. 

The problem I have is I don't have the money to visit these top endocrinologists, money is definitely an issue in terms of going through more expensive hoops. Does anyone know of any affordable endocrinologists? Or perhaps any alternatives?
