I got a letter from my gym saying that they were an approved expense for a 30,000 baht tax deduction claimable for certain goods and services in Thailand. This was the first I heard of this and am having a hard time finding anymore info. Apparently the government is allowing up to 30,000 baht to be claimed against tax for purchases until the end of the year. Does anyone know about this? What goods and/or services can be deducted from your income tax? Is there a list somewhere?

Has anyone used a fit to fly certificate received from QuickMD or any other similar online service where you can get one from speaking to a doctor online over videochat? Will that work or do I need to actually go in and see a doctor?

Looking for some information on the covid insurance requirement to get into Thailand. Right now, I have all my other ducks in a row, I am coming in for medical reasons, and just need to to get the covid insurance. I am a US passport holder and resident. I currently have a World Nomads travel insurance policy, with 100,000 in medical coverage, and it says it protects in case of getting covid. However, it is a secondary insurance; I have to pay the hospital bill myself and then I get reimbursed. I don't feel like this is going to work for me.
Does anyone know if that will work, or can anyone suggest an other insurance option that will work?
Looking for info on the 30,000 Baht Tax deduction available for people working in Thailand.

I did, and they told me to ask my accountant. Gotta go through HR department in order to do that, and I am still waiting on an answer back. When I get a reply from them, I will post the update. In the meantime, I just thought I would ask if anyone here had any idea about it.
