Hello , I am currently on Non (O) Marriage Visa with a child who is a Thai citizen studying in school in Thailand since 2021. As the window for applications has opened this year now can someone help me with the eligibility criteria for applying? Thank you in advance for all your inputs Best regards

Recently I heard that Thailand has rolled out new tax laws under which all expats receiving money from abroad need to file some tax returns with revenue department by 30th March. Not sure about the details. Can anyone let me know if there is any additional requirement u need to fulfil other than 400K in the bank for Non O Marriage visa extension, as I have an annual extension coming up next month. thank you in advance .

Hello All, Just heard the roll out of new visa regulations. I am currently holding a Non O Family visa ( marriage visa with a child who is born in Thailand) Any changes in the 400 K Bhat in the bank for 3 months for renewal? Is there any other requirement? Thank you for your inputs in advance
