I'm going to apply for a covid extension tomorrow and I would like to prepare all the documents in advance to avoid the queue.

If I'm right, I will need:

- Copy of my passport

- Hotel stay to show

- TM 7

- covid 19 Affidavit

- Money

- Photo

Do I forget anything?

Anyone has a link so I can download the Affidavit and TM7 ?

last week I asked for a covid extension 2 months, they stamped me to come back on 22nd May but since it is a Saturday, should I go on Friday 21st May or on Monday 24th May (my stamp expired on 22nd May)?
