  1. From my understanding, Thai citizens entering Thailand simply need to show a valid passport upon entry to Thailand: if they are unvaccinated, their Thai passport is still enough to enter Thailand, just like for vaccinated Thai citizens. Is that correct?
  2. I've just received my second Thai pass (flying from Singapore, in case I enter it) Took 7 hours. I haven't tried land entry, perhaps that's why?
  3. Why would the Thai immigration care if I have more than one valid Thai pass? (Honest question, to understand that viewpoint)
  4. No because there's no such transit field, and if I enter Singapore it's not a transit anymore anyway.
  5. Do you know if the Thai immigration check whether I entered in the country where I was supposed to transit? Eg if the Thai Pass says come from the USA but instead I entered Singapore on my way from the USA to Thailand, will that cause some issues at the Thai immigration? Or conversely, if my Thai Pass says come from the USA but after boarding my plane in the USA I submit a change to the Thai pass so that the departure is Singapore (the change will be likely be approved before I arrive to Thailand) but for whatever reason I can't enter Singapore, will that cause some issues?
  6. Indeed I may be need it for Singapore, but no pb I can do. There's a bit more paperwork for Singapore in case of entry but I don't mind, nothing scares me anymore after the Thai STV.
  7. I have a flight from the United States to Thailand via Singapore. Since I have 12 hours in Singapore, I'll try to leave the airport and meet my friends there. But I'm not fully yet whether I'll be allowed to leave the airport in Singapore. Can I apply for two Thailand pass? On the first one I would state that I come from the united states and on the second one I would say that I come from Singapore. Or will the second Thailand pass make the first one invalid?
  8. I'd like to enter Thailand in early May. https://tp.consular.go.th/home says: How can I enter Thailand in early May, given that it takes up to 7 days for the Thai immigration to process a Thailand Pass application, and that the Thailand Pass application website doesn't accept applications before April 29?
  9. thanks for sharing your experience! Indeed we're always at the mercy of some dumb airline employee.
  10. yes that's what I meant: a different flight number We're talking about the "Arrival Date" on the Thailand pass.
  11. Thanks, no I checked. The Qcode I received in my Thailand Pass is is just an URL, which points to a webpage that contains "Arrival date no later than 2022-03-19" without mentioning any time.
  12. Thanks, interesting, do you know how the airlines can enforce? I don't see how the airlines can see the originally scheduled departing time.
  13. Is the Thailand Pass valid for 72 hours or 3 days after the originally scheduled arrival date and time? https://image.mfa.go.th/mfa/0/zE6021nSnu/กอง_0302/Thailand_Pass_FAQs_THAI-ENG__16_Mar_2022_18.00.pdf says: However, my Thailand Pass (after scanning its QR code) states "Arrival date no later than 2022-03-19" without mentioning any time. (sorry I'm not trying to be nitty picky, the flight I had first planned to take was arriving on 2022-03-16 7 AM, which I used to apply for the Thailand Pass, but my new flight is arriving on 2022-03-19 11 PM, which is within 3 days but more than 72h)
  14. Sorry I thought I was in a different topic. The LA embassy told me day 1 suffice, no need for day 5, for the tourist visa application on https://www.thaievisa.go.th/. No idea about test&go, I haven't reached yet this step.
  15. My Thai health insurance LMG says the following Health Certificate OK for a Special Tourist Visa (STV) application, however I'm concerned because it doesn't mention the 400k/40k benefits. My Thai health insurance LMG tells me "The Health certificate we provided, it is a new pattern that approved by Thai Government and Health Department of Thailand.", even though Health certificate doesn't mention the 400k/40k TBH insurance. However, when I apply to the special tourist visa (STV) application via https://www.thaievisa.go.th, I'm being asked the following document (400k/40k insurance + 100kUSD covid insurance):
