I am currently residing outside of Thailand, however I hold a property there for which I need to recieve the funds to a Thai Bank account.

I know of services online such as Transferwise (now just "WISE.COM") AND Paysend..

However both of these are no longer able to provide a virtual thai bank account number since about 1 year ago.

Any advice of other known services would be much appreciated.

How about this. You are all wrong. You must complete certificate of residency. Take it to a different part of the immigration centre where they make you show you have somewhere to live not just one night hotel your at the same day. It is not valid Phuket and Chiang Mai have both said this and you cannot get a the COVID visa before doing it they send you back to the certificate of residency department.

Sometimes if you don't know the answer it's better to just say. I'm not sure because I don't have to do this I'm on a retirement visa.

Are you even in Thailand. Phuket is doing the same thing we were there before Chiang Mai in a condo where landlords wrote a letter saying we had paid upfront for two.monrha. stop trying to get yours posts, rep up in the forum. Thanks for advice on something you know nothing about.

Oh wow so in Bangkok it is in fact different to whole of the rest of Thailand. I find that hard to believe.

Where you apply in Bangkok depends upon of what type of visa you entered on.

If a tourist visa or others it is done at Chaeng Wattana immigration.

If visa exempt is is done at the Muang Thong Thani.

The issue is we stay at multiple hotels every couple of days. How would we get a COVID extension like that.

Myself and partner were in Chiang mai where we were forced to stay in a cottage for 60 days in order to obtain documents from landlord for COVID immigration visa.

We are now in Bangkok with the same problem as the COVID extension is due to expire soon but we prefer to stay in cheap hotels with best deals on all the time so we are never stuck at one same place

Can someone advice best way around this. We were considering education visa or just to rent a room that we will stay at "sometimes" for two months upfront that is a dump so it costs nothing.

Good idea ?

Anyone got anything better ?

Is anyone able to me. Our patio doors have broken. It's not running correctly and we've looked for many handy men to come and fix this but haven't had any joy. Can anyone recommend anyone or give any advice. We live in a condo and don't want to change the whole doors as try are original. Please help.

is it easy to get an extension from the Phuket immigration office do they require any documents such as proof of funds etc.

Must we provide a valid reason for being “stuck” in Phuket. We wish to stay as Longer as UK is now doing mandatory quarantine which is too expensive for us.

You can not even get the Visa and\or COE without booking an ASQ hotel before you ever come 

We have attempted the COE before without flights and they asked for flight itinery so we ar going to buy that tomorrow however once we resubmit the application are you 100% sure they will not accept us without the booking for the ASQ Hotel too!

So we will go through immigration , have a covid 19 test and then someone will check our ASQ booking information - Or can we find an ASQ after the airport

After completing ASQ Quanrantine do they

a) Stamp passport b) give you a certificate of proof

Second question:

Who exactly "escorts" us from Thailand airport on arrival - is it the hotel staff OR airport staff OR is there just a taxi waiting outside

Has anyone visited Thailand recently and done the ASQ process what was it like? Do the hotel staff pick you up from the airport or is it a different entity.

Will our passports be stamped after completing the ASQ or do we recieve some sort of certificate to allow us to travel further?

Will a free covid test from NHS surf-ice or is a fit to fly certificate from a private service required 

Can anyone recommend where is best / cheapest to buy fit to fly certificate please

Ok thanks, how much did you pay for the Movenpick BDMS Wellness resort I cannot find any information on their site about asq quarantine package

Is anyone able to provide me with an updated list of CHEAPEST hotels to quantine in - in Bangkok or even Chiang Mai since these places are cheaper than Phuket

I say 10 days as although the law has changed from the 1st April I have been unable to find any Package deals for the new 10 day rule.

Anyone else had any luck?
