  1. With the Freedom of Information act for getting all of Fauci's emails, there's a lot of interesting things going on behind the scenes.  Here's the link to all of his emails https://www.documentcloud.org/documents/20793561-leopold-nih-foia-anthony-fauci-emails

On page 2286, The subject line is "Coronavirus bioweapon production method".  I wonder what that is supposed to mean since supposedly this is a naturally occuring virus.

  2. This would sure make things easier for flying and entrance into events.  Low cost and fast is what's needed for testing.

A rapid and low-cost test for the virus that causes COVID-19 has been developed by researchers in the US and Taiwan. Featuring a disposable testing cartridge and a reusable circuit board, the team’s portable system can detect the presence of the virus in fluid samples within just 1 s. By adjusting its design, the system could be adapted to test for other diseases.

Some may come Some may not come, we will just have to wait and see.  When you are held to the Sandbox scheme boundaries and can not leave your hotels actual location and facility except as follows for your first 7 days that may keep many from coming as it is a money grab.

Guests are allowed to do activities and tours only with a SHA Certified tour Operator. (All tours must be inside the Phuket Island). When Traveling within Phuket, Guests must behave with the standards of DMHTT( Distancing – Mask wearing – Hand Washing – Testing – Thailand Plus) and "Guests must stay at least 7 Nights in Phuket before traveling to any other Province around the Country. They will need to do an RT PCR test 72 hours prior to Departure. In addition, they must present it with the COVID 19 Vaccination certificate to the Checking Point at this Destination"

Where are you finding this information?  I have some friends that want to come, but so far I haven't been able to give them any guidance?  Are sandbox people not allowed to just arrive after June 30th, present their paperwork and get on with their holiday?

You got any solid evidence to show that they are misrepresenting their results or just more reflexive allegations to share with us?

Interesting to note from the clinical trials submitted by Pfizer that there were 3410 suspected but unconfirmed cases.  Details on page 42.

    https://www.fda.gov/media/144245/download

"Among 3410 total cases of suspected but unconfirmed COVID-19 in the overall study population, 1594 occurred in the vaccine group vs. 1816 in the placebo group. Suspected COVID-19 cases that occurred within 7 days after any vaccination were 409 in the vaccine group vs. 287 in the placebo group"

So all of these cases were thrown out of the trial.

  5. According the Lancet, your absolute risk reduction of getting covid in getting vaccinated is between 0.84 and 1.3%

"ARRs tend to be ignored because they give a much less impressive effect size than RRRs: 1·3% for the AstraZeneca–Oxford, 1·2% for the Moderna–NIH, 1·2% for the J&J, 0·93% for the Gamaleya, and 0·84% for the Pfizer–BioNTech vaccines."

In this article they also explain how many people need to be vaccinated to reduce 1 more case of covid.  This number ranges from 76 to 117.

    "76 for the Moderna–NIH, 78 for the AstraZeneca–Oxford, 80 for the Gamaleya, 84 for the J&J, and 117 for the Pfizer–BioNTech vaccines"

The WHO numbers are so low because they have to include countries that don't report accurately. The fatality rate people are concerned about is for the general public, where, for example, in Britain, its 1864 deaths per million.

The fatality rate for infecteds is all over the place, its about 10 percent for Mexico.

If this epidemic takes off, the fatality rate will certainly increase on a per capita basis.

According to this report actual ifr worldwide is 0.15

the available evidence suggests average global IFR of ~0.15% and ~1.5-2.0 billion infections by February 2021 with substantial differences in IFR and in infection spread across continents, countries and locations.

The risk of being exposed to Covid-19 indoors is as great at 60 feet as it is at 6 feet — even when wearing a mask, according to a new study by MIT researchers who challenge social distancing guidelines adopted across the world.

“We argue there really isn’t much of a benefit to the 6-foot rule, especially when people are wearing masks,” Bazant said in an interview. “It really has no physical basis because the air a person is breathing while wearing a mask tends to rise and comes down elsewhere in the room so you’re more exposed to the average background than you are to a person at a distance.”

Photochromic window film is definitely available, you can get it from China on Lazada.

Whether any tint shops here would have it is another question.

Only way to find out would be to ask. Oh, and it's not cheap.

Cheap Charlie solution, darkest legal tint, photochromic spectacles. Works like a charm for me day and night ????

Thank you.  Where would one find photochromic spectacles?

I took a look at Lazada and there seems to be quite a few sellers, however I didn't see any feedback from a single seller, so I'm a bit skeptical.

  9. Are there any window tints that can change depending on how much sunlight is hitting them?  I have some tints that are quite dark and during the day they are fine, but at night they are quite dark and dangerous.  I would like to find something that adjusts depending on the amount of light, but I haven't come across anything.
