It depends on which foreigners complain as opposed to those foreigners that want the vaccination.
It may not be the same foreigners wanting the injection as those foreigners who do not want the injection and complaining?
The contents of your comment tends to tar all foreigners with the same brush as well as jumping to conclusion.

The proof is not in the baking of a cake, it is the tasting of a cake.
Thai bake alot of cakes with the privilaged few that get to taste the cake..
Proper education and training is required.
Much better social care with much higher basic minimum salaries plus
enforceable workers rights.
Far better social care rights are needed all round to help motivate and stimulate pride, respect and ambition in a individual's life.
Human outlook has changed dramtically, but still there are many cultures that refuse to move on and stuck living in the past which is not productive..
Humans make life what it is, which is cxxp!
Nature is what it is, which humans disrespect.

There is much to be said about Thai historical events, such as:
1930's abdication to the UK... Why?
Why is the Thai flag the design it is?
Thailand claim to have never been colonised by Western powers and yet Thailand was colonised by other Asian powers.
The British and French decided to not take control of Thailand even though they could have either shared or taken power individually at any time, back in the day.
Where is Thailand geographically
placed within SE Asia?
What seperates the West from the East? The middle East possibly. Or vast ocean.
It is not rocket science...
Why can Thailand seem to be more the aggressor towards other S.E Asian countries? Could it be because of foreign military back-up power?
Does Tourism alone bring wealth into Thailand?
What countries border Thailand and what countries are
considered a communist threat to the West that are closer to Thailand than Western countries?
Thailand claims to have an open and free society but who is in power?
The word 'Thailand' transliterated means 'LAND OF THE FREE'. REALLY?
Who paid for most of the major road networks plus airfields back in the day, and why?
And yet there is, or has never been, any foreign military influences within Thailand?

A shabby dump of what Thai call an apartment costs around 2000thb per month.
Then there are:
Toiletries.
Food.
Water.
Medication.
Laundry.
Clothing etc...
In other words basic living costs.
Thailand is ranked a 3rd world (progressive) country. Not surprising.
Small feet in big boots...

Thai are so short sighted.
They should be more intune with development, not stuck in the past.
Many individuals cannot afford a holiday especially to place such as Thailand which has now an increasingly bad reputation, is far too expensive, very racist, unjust and generally impolite, filthy and polluted.
Other governments are prohibiting travel overseas and now that Thailand is finally being honest regarding infections, which has been very active in Thailand since last March, travel there is likely to be restricted even more.
Over two years ago, long before covid struck and under a different user name, I predicted the Thai tourist bubbe would burst.
Thai cannot see that the actions and restrictions they imposs on foreigners who are their life-line is not acceptable anymore.
Why would anyone want to visit or live in such a place? not unless they have family or dependants which is understandable, is beyond me...

I view this report with some doubt based on my experience
after living in many provinces within Thailand for over 12 years.

Wanting a better life does not mean an individual hates their homeland.
What assistance do Thai's receive from the authorities?
Last year, if lucky, 5,000 thb p/m benefit for 3 months!!!
Covid is limiting peoples freedom of movement so departing Thailand is a non starter for most people except the hi-so or Red Bull company family members.
The day may come when permission to visit another town will be required by LAW let alone leave a country.

About 2 years ago under a different user ID I posted on TV.com, on more than one occasion, my concerns advising those that could to get out of TH asap because in my opinion the bubble would burst. Now looking back my prediction turned out to be correct!
Thankfully I got out of TH...
In my opinion the status-quo in TH is on the brink of civil war.
I'm not a believer of this Covid sxxt and feel there is an alterie agenda ( chemical warfare) behind this BS.
The past year has highlighted how TH has told BS lies to the rest of the world.
Perfect Thailand HAS had the so called Covid ( deliberate chemical warfare) since before 2020, but claimed to have had no victims from the outset!
What ever! Can't be honest and lose face.
Never forget that foreigners in TH have next to
NO RIGHTS! Foreign people are viewed in general as scum. FACT!
Be safe and be prepared!
Most foreign Consulates / Embassies do not give a fxxx about their citizens...

An individual cannot choose their place of birth.
Individuals are forceto conform, give life and limb, pay taxes and so on, the usual modern day slavary forced upon the masses, to simply stay alive to the very country they were born within, so a citizen should, and without hesitation, receive assistance from the very country they were born within regarless of their location.
