  1. The airline is keeping this lady-basher's seat warm...

D.E.P.O.R.T.A.T.I.O.N is coming.. what a coward!  I hope he gets a sounding send off at the airport...

I still can not believe he kicked a Thai lady in the back of all places.  Can not get more gutless than that!

question:- would this hero have kicked a Thai man with a 'Muay Thai' shirt if sitting on 'his' (now demolished) steps?  Of course not.. cowards only pick on and fight the weak and frail.. send him HOME ASAP!!!!

A Thai woman filed a complaint against an Australian man, accusing him of intentionally causing an accident and damaging her car at Bearing Intersection in Samut Prakarn province near Bangkok on March 3.

The Thai driver, Angkana, reported to DailyNews that the incident took place when she was driving her sedan to her home in Samrong Nuea district of Samut Prakarn province. The foreign man, later identified as 41 year old Ratukore Jones Agamom, rode his motorcycle close to her car and knocked on her car window asking her to pull over.

Angkana stated that she continued driving, causing Agamom to raise his middle finger at her and drive away from the scene.

Angkana did not know the motive behind Agamom’s actions. She speculated that she may have unintentionally cut him off or angered him while driving. She believed the incident would end there but it took an unexpected turn.

Angkana encountered Agamom once again as she approached the Bearing Intersection, preparing to make a left turn. Agamom, positioned ahead of her, abruptly applied the brakes on his motorcycle, despite no vehicle obstructing his path, resulting in Angkana’s car colliding with his motorcycle.

Angkana subsequently shared a video of the incident with the public. In the footage, Agamom can be observed dismounting his motorbike and striking her car with his fist. He attempted to force open her car door, hurled a registration plate at Angkana’s vehicle, spat on it, and delivered kicks before the video concluded.

Angkana lodged a report at Samrong Nuea Police Station, alleging that Agamom had deliberately applied the brakes on his motorcycle to provoke an accident. Nevertheless, the police declined to acknowledge her account, citing the absence of dash camera footage as substantiating evidence.

    Discrimination against Thai

Angkana showed the video from her phone, displaying Agamom’s aggressive behaviour but the officer remained unconvinced. The officer asked Angkana to stop arguing and pay compensation to the Australian man.

Angkana insisted that she would not allow the case to end there. She actively pursued CCTV footage from the area and submitted it to the officer as evidence, demonstrating that the accident was a consequence of Agamom’s deliberate actions. Despite this, the police officer refused to view the video.

Angkana claimed that she had to pay 6,000 baht to Agamom and the foreign man agreed to pay 11,000 baht for the damage to her car. Feeling that this was unjust, she shared the video with several news agencies, drawing attention to her case.

The superintendent of the Samrong Nuea Police Station, Wiroj Tatso, came forward to apologise to Angkana yesterday, March 10. He assured her that he would transfer her case to another police officer and promised to ensure justice for her.

    Another victim surfaces

Another Thai man came forward to share another aggressive action by the same Australian man that occurred at the beginning of January this year. The man explained that he drove his car out of a condominium in the Sukhumvit neighbourhood of Bangkok and encountered Agamom playing on a skateboard in the middle of the road.

The man sounded his horn to alert Agamom to clear the road, provoking him and leading to damage to his car. The Thai victim asserted possession of dash cam footage as evidence and complained to Samrong Nuea Police Station. However, there have been no advancements in the case until the foreign man repeated his actions.

Samrong Nuea Police Station has not disclosed whether they have reviewed evidence from both victims, leaving the charges Agamom might face uncertain.

Way too many scumbags are still living here! A mix a toxic, mentally ill and depressed guys.

Don’t know why Thailand attracts that special kind of human being, but that’s it.

Happy to live my normal life here with decent western friends and avoiding trouble-makers.

Don't forget there are very decent Thai friends available out there too.

I reckon there may be a few Thai's waiting outside ready for his 'release'...  safer for him to be locked up!  He needs to come out eventually though...  even if it is straight to the airport!

So the offending passenger previously withdrew the message and comments on social media and apologized.

Now the Thai's want to sue the offender for posting the criticism.

hmm.....    so removing / deleting the comments was not good enough for the Thai's.

If you are asking a question, then it is a 'NO'.  Are you a little slow?

I am not a punter, but if I was the last thing I would be doing in Thailand is buying lady drinks.

For the love of god, can someone explain it to me what is the POINT?

It is to boost the small ego's of dirty, lonely pathetic old men!

This is more of a worry for those of us that have middle names. I can't remember ever using middle names on a flight ticket booking. Yet, of course my passport and Thai DL/ID have my middle names. If ticket is only first & last name, will they start denying boarding as with middle names missing it will considered a "mismatch"?

Well.. you have NO excuse now if your boarding pass does not have your middle name.  Match your exact name from your D/L or PP on your flight ticket from 'now'.   Your post does not make a lot of sense sorry???

What a life you must be living being mad and angry at every wrong things people do, not a recipe for healthy long life that's for sure...

I am totally on the Thai guy's side!  Seems the Italian wanted some 'friction' between him and his neighbour... people need to be careful sometimes what they wish for..  because often they get what they wish for.. haha.  This is a classic story.. dumb farang v seasoned Thai..  Thai all the way!!

And you would kill him, right? That's your way too, it seems...

I am sure the guy you are replying to would not kill him... but the Italian guy was just dumb and ignorant because he failed to realise where he was living and respect the Thai culture... and Thai style justice.   I believe the Italian got the usual Thai style punishment due to his own blatant stupidity.  Sad, but the Italian it appeared to sign his own death certificate... I would go further to say the Italian probably thought he could change the Thai standards and the Thai way of living because he owned a house and had some money LOL..  he should have stayed in Italy.. agin the Italian was just dumb.. dumb and dumb... he pbviously wont be 'dumb' anymore lol.. he is pushing up daisies.  I could say he was a dumb 'w' but would get banned LOL

There was a report earlier this year of a girl from UK there in hospital for 3 days for food poisoning. Luckily she did have insurance as the bill was almost 300k baht!

Only a stupid 1d1ot like this m0r0n would go to Asia without INSURANCE... I shake my head at people who think they dont need it.

Eg:- some young aussie a few years back in Samui had his foot mostly amputated when hit by truck.. he did not have insurance because he was only going to be in Asia for 9 days and didn;t think he would need it.. he was at a local hospital with his foot hanging off by  afew strangs of tissue and the nurses were just wiping his foot with some towel hoping it would get better.. eventually got to international hospital and they would not touch his foot until the bill was pre-paid.. some horrendous amount like $120,000 USD or something.. another 'gofundme' 1d10t that I also donated the nice round sum of 0thb.

To be very honest I've lived here in Phuket for 18 years now I've been to Vicara twice and found the staff and treatment very good, and yes there was toilet paper and a hose there, I find this story a load of BS because you do not get Lukemia over night and maybe the real. Reason he didn't get insurance was because of this factor so his plan to come here te Thailand for free medical back fired on his stupid ass, so call your family and pay your bill you low life scumbag why should other donate anything to you.

People like this ruin genuine 'gofundme' requests for others in serious need of it..  this twit made his own bed.. let hi lay in it.  Selfish, stupid man.... hope karma catches up with him real soon... PS. IS this story even real?  Or have the pictures been doctored etc?  Anyway, he is a stupid English scumbag.. that deserves to me made to stay where he is.
