So what's going on with the owners? Are they trying to file a case and get out of ownership of the unit? Or are they keeping their units and waiting for the final ruling at the supreme court?
Fight the developer to give back the hard earned money with interest.

Could you dumb this down for me
So since the license is revoked, you're saying the right to own is revoked as well (i.e no selling units), and "buyers/owners" are stuck with possessing the property only?
And the end result will be all the deeds cancelled? So the "buyers/owners" will lose all their money?
Yes, the finality will be sooner. The owners have the right to have the installments and percentage or interest. And they have 2 years prescription to file a case. We have 2 clients now on this matter.

As per Thai law, the administrative court has already revoked their license , in effect, the ownership right is also revoked but right to possession remains. However, 99% the finality of this rule will be revocation of all title deeds, we have plenty of clients from Ashton now from our firm.

Well you should do a DUE DILIGENCE study by a certified Thai lawyer

This is depending on the situation. However, in case both of you have no pre-nuptial agreement, the money in general can be a conjugal property subject for assessment.

There is a procedure:
1. Your Philippine girlfriend must have a Certificate of Freedom to marry which can be sought in the Philippines and must be authenticated in the Embassy of Philippines in Bangkok,
2. You must be a British National based in Thailand
And you can now marry together. After that, your marriage certificate UK must be also registered in Philippine Embassy to make it legally binding

I do need a lawyer, but not necessarily for court. Can anybody recommend a lawyer? I spoke to a farang with a law office, but the next time I visited he gave me different info, this was a free consultation.
Another Thai lawyer I spoke to charged a reasonable rate, but when I went back there a month later she didn't remember me and the info was different. She doesn't seem to keep files, throwing away notes after consultation.
Can anybody recommend a lawyer? I don't think the good ones will consult for free.
I know a good lawyer for consultation , you can PM me
