I've seen high rise condos like Edge, Base, View Talay have very nice pools. But many condos have to share a few pools. Can you still swim there?

I haven't watched the video yet, but Everything Pattaya has just released a video where he's looking at a condo in City Garden so might be of interest to you in your search...
Thanks for advice!

What options aomebody has as a (long-term renter, owner) to get fast internet in his condo? How fast or slow the in-house WiFi usually ?

Has anybody ever lived there or had other experiences?

“Wow they are complete polar opposites of each other in terms of living experience. ”

@ CanadaSam: Well security might be a Problem. Did you hear about any incidents.
What I really like in Laguna 2 is the inner space - much bigger.

Here's the plan:
In spring or summer I would like to go to Thailand for a good 14 days, look at several condos there, decide on one and then buy it. I was in Pattaya almost half a year ago, so I have a certain insight into the condos advertised. A medium five-digit amount is available, I could also borrow something.
In any case, I would like to consult a lawyer (check the contract, check the land register). If it is not possible to complete the contract this in the time frame, let him do so on my behalf.
I would then like to rent out the apartment for 2/3 years and then move to Thailand myself. The following questions:
I What do you think about it at all?? What should I pay attention to?
II Are there agencies that take over the letting AND the maintenance of the rented apartment?
III Is it possible for a lawyer to fully represent myself (to Thai authorities / to seller) in a land purchase?
IV What else must/should the lawyer do for me?
V What legal fees for the lawyer should I expect?
VI How long do purchase negotiations usually take? -
@canadaSam: Was it just the condos that were in poor condition, or was the community property too? What damage did you see?
@shdmn: you talked about "cheabply build": How did you see this. Do you know condos, where the building quality is better?

You may want to mention where ?
I presume you mean pattaya but generic condo name like city centre could be anywhere.
Thanks, I edited the post.

Do any of you have experience with the condos in Laguna Beach Resort 2 Developed by HBY Home) or city center residence? On CCR I find the location very interesting, Laguna Beach 2 I appreciate the large pool and that the houses are not so close together.

Just checked with fazwaz. Nearly nothing available with foreigner quota.

Single guys have moved out for this reason, however, because they don't want the building staff constantly inquiring about their ever-changing love life.
A love life like this isn't allowed?
