  1. buying a condo, as a foreigner, without FET, possible ?

    My money is already Thailand, saved up over 20 years that I've lived here (first with work permit then on retirement extensions); can I buy a condo without FET or other proof that the money came from abroad? Oh, and I already own a condo, but in my memory, the FET was not needed... too many years ago to be sure! Thanks if anyone can help me on this one. I want to prepared for the transfer day at the Land Office.
