I went looking for somewhere to exchange some $ to thb. Could nt see  any open. Tried the bank but the teller waves me away. Has anyone seen an operating foreign exchange ... ATM I'm thinking have to go to the airport or maybe Nana... Thoughts?

I've had 3 waivers at 3 different schools over basically 5 & 1/2 years....Is the waiver thing still an issue if I find a job at a language school??

I just entered Thailand on visa exempt entry. Currently in quarantine hotel, day 1. I'm in Bangkok and will need to do an extension of stay when I get out. Can anyone give me a few words on how that works? Do I have to go to chaeng wattana immigration? I will try to organize a teaching job while I'm in quarantine. 

People that entered on COE Visa exempt, did the airline ask for to see return ticket?

I have BA and MA. Not education. 4 years previous experience at 2 schools. What do you reckon? 

Would like to know if visa exempt can be transferred into any other kind of visa without leaving the country.

Why do you think getting a job would'nt be easy

Can I enter on a visa exemption and change to non-b (get a job) or even ed-visa? 

Can I find a job and change the visa exempt to non immigrant-o work permit - do you know? 

You could find a job apply for a work permit to a get a approval letter and then apply for a 90 non-b visa at immigration. But you would not have much  time to do do it since you must have at least 15 days remaining on the visa exempt or the 30 day extension of it to apply for the visa.

As an Aussie my Thai embassy says I'm visa exempt until 30th September. I'm wondering, do I need to send my passport to Thai embassy Canberra to get TR visa or can I just complete the C.O. E??
