You have to take the written test. The videos you can do at home, and they give you a certificate, so you don't have to do them again at the center .

Yes, I have been doing them myself for 17 years. The extension is not due until December, and with the Bangkok Branch closing down where I live, at the end of the month, I am moving my funds to KrungThai Bank and was confused when I read this statement.

He leaves many of his possessions.What can the landlord do with his possessions?. Can he legally take the possession or can he dump everything in the rubbish? She would like to rent the house again as soon as possible and wants to clear the house.Any advice would be great from anybody who has experienced the same situation
