Greetings, I would just like to know if there will be any problems bringing my motorcycle (2016 Honda CBR500R) on the ferry to Samui. I heard that you need to present the green book in your own name in order to get on the ferry. My bike is still in finance, so I don't have the book in my name, though I do have a copy. Is that an issue? Thanks

I was wondering if there were other legally recognized (valid for work permit) positions available to foreigners at public schools besides being a teacher?

Nope. It's essentially just verifying that the diploma is from an accredited school, as far as I understand it. Why it takes so long is beyond my comprehension.

Thank you. I was originally told no more than 3 months. Then they 'lost' my paperwork. Looks like I will be waiting a bit more.

Has anyone had any experience receiving an equivalency certificate from OHEC for a diploma in Teacher Education? I sent out my application paperwork in June, with the assistance of a Thai colleague, and they are still processing the documents.
