I had this happened to me three years ago. To get around it I used a agent with my own funds in the bank, extensions have been no problem. I was married in Thailand in 1984, I cannot remember this form pertaining to be single.

So many doomsayers not taking into account that there's already thousands of ILLEGAL gambling establishment in Thailand mostly run by the police and/or army (I know of at least 10 in my area of Bangkok) so if someone wants to lose everything on gambling, there's already places to go; all the government are doing is legalising it to get the considerable tax revenues and increased jobs that come with these things.
However, if they want to play safe then the easiest thing is to only allow tourists and ban those without an international passport from entering. This would massively mitigate the 'we are creating gamlers' brigade in one easy step.
If you ban Thai's you haven't solved a thing, since the thousands of illegal establishments will still operate.

206 grams is 7.25 ounces of cocaine. The purity is unknown, but in the US, 1/2 ounce is enough for a 5-40 year sentence depending on prior convictions.
7.25 ounces of cocaine is enough to kill Charlie Sheen AND Hunter Biden.

True. Somebody in the western medical world decided msg was not good for you, and it's stayed that way ever since. It's just umami, the Japanese 5th taste.
Back in time the west was jealous of the success Chinese restaurants were having. They had to come up with something.

Someone stole my fried chicken one time. We out and put the picnic basket down and then went to take a photo of the lake. Just a few meters away. When went back the fried chicken had gone. At first we thought it was a dog but the chicken was under 3 bags of sticky rice.
I have respect for the man. I wish I was as good at theiving. Good for him.Maybe it was,Yogi Bear

Having first hand knowledge of this I can confirm that funerals can cost between 200,000 and 400,000 baht. This is mostly down to the 3 days of feeding the village that the deceased is from along with free alcohol. It is expected in Issan villages. I am glad my wife had the forethought to have had private insurance for her parents.
Like all villagers in isan could afford this.

I suspect immigration will be rolling in soon to verify this guy has the proper visa to be doing this job as well as work permit and business licenses. It is most certain police already know who is the other attacker.
