  1. LTR visa, how long does it take from applying to decision?

    What is meant by "Notification of qualification endorsement for Long-Term Resident Visa?" I cannot locate instructions regarding a username and link. Supposedly you have to use username and password within 6 hours of receiving them, or you have to go through a reset. Also, I am not sure I have the "Notification Letter from the Board of Investment to the Immigration Bureau." I cannot print off this Notification Letter if I cannot find it. Perhaps it is just email advising me that I had met the qualifications from various government agencies. I am supposed to go get my LTR visa tomorrow. I hope not having the Notification Letter is a deal breaker. HELP. Thanks
