  1. I have already written you at 322 post of the current thematologio to stay in Greece half months and the rest months of the year in Thailand in order to avoid UK frozen pension "policy".

This is from todays news from CEO magazine

    Rank    Country         Score
    1          Thailand         72.15
    2          Greece           67.22

    3          Indonesia      65.15
    4          Portugal        64.32

I know many Britains pensioners at their early of 50s who came to live in Greece permanently during my last visit in Kalamata town which is 300 km from Athens (it takes 2,30 hours by car to go from Athens).

They have bought village house 5-7 km from the sea and the house is 120 sq/m .They bought old traditional style vilage houses at the price of €50.000 and the cost of renovation was around €25.000 to €30.000 including swimming pool and big garden.

The land of houses is 500 sq/m and they live a pure quality life at Greek village so....they do not want to hear again for Britain.

Unfortunately I am little jealeus because I have lived in Kalamata for 7 years and I had worked at Kalamata International airport furthermore I know very well surounding villages and I can΄t go because I have my job and my house in Athens.

I am frequent traveler in Thailand since 2010 except the last 2 years because of "corona" so I am unvaccinated and I do not trust medical funding mafia in Thailand and at my home country Greece because many cemeteries are full of vaccinated people due to of "sudden deaths" at their early of 50s or 60s and thanks God I am healthy no prescription drugs or hospital visits since 30 years ago.

So if Thailand cant help you to avoid your frozen U.K pension "policy" you are well come in Greece as thousands of your compatriots did since many decates ago.

I wish you every success in either of your choice for permanent stay and be relaxed -chill out and do not disturb yourself!

So you do not live in European criminal financial gangsters area and for this reason U.K frozen your uprate pension.

I have worked in many countries of European criminal financial gangsters area and in Thailand - Malaysia and I advice you to live half months of the year in Bulgaria -Romania or Greece and the rest of months in Thailand.

In the coming few years Bulgaria will be number one country in industrial production in Europe but the first country will hit the roof in development and investments will be Romania and third country in services development will be Greece.

1.👉 Romania boom number one in development and investments 👈

2.👉 Bulgaria boom in industrial production 👈

3.👉 Greece boom in services development and hydrocarbon extraction. 👈

  3. International Consortium of British Pensioners

This paper’s primary purpose is to provide CHOGM delegates an overview of the plight of Britain’s Second Class Pensioners who having decided to live overseas during their retirement, find that their Basic State Pensions are “frozen” by the British government based solely upon where they have decided to live.

Over 12,500,000 people receive the basic British State pension. ALL of them contributed similarly to that pension through their compulsory National Insurance Contributions (NICs).
The amount of pension they initially received, when reaching pension age, was directly proportional to the number of years for which they paid those Contributions.
Of those 12+ million pensioners, more than 1 million now live outside the UK – Overseas!
Over half of that 1+ million receive the same annual uprating as the pensioners still living in the UK, just as though they never left Britain. They live in places like the EEA, USA, the Philippines, Israel, Bosnia, Turkey etc and the Commonwealth’s Cyprus, Jamaica, Barbados, and Mauritius.
The other 550,000+, over 95% of whom live in Commonwealth countries like Australia,Canada, South Africa, Trinidad, India, Nigeria etc, do not receive any increases – EVER!
Their pensions are permanently frozen at the level at which they first received them in their present country of residence, solely because of where they have chosen to live in retirement.

  4. Inflation - Deflation and Shrink -flation concequencies.

Oil prices are not a cause of inflation but a consequence. Prices increase as more units of the currency used to denominate the commodity shift to relatively scarce assets. Therefore, oil prices do not cause inflation, they are one of the signals of currency debasement. Furthermore, if oil prices caused inflation, we would go from inflation to deflation quickly, not from elevated inflation to slower price increases

The only real cause of inflation is government spending. While banks can generate money -credit- through lending, they rely on projects and investments to support these loans. Banks cannot create money to bail themselves out. No financial entity would go bankrupt then. In fact, banks’ largest asset imbalance comes from lending at rates below the cost of risk and having government loans and bonds as “no-risk” investments, two things that are imposed by regulation, law, and central bank planning. Meanwhile, the state does issue more currency to disguise its fiscal imbalances and bail itself out, using regulation, legislation, and coercion to impose the use of its own form of money.

And we are heading now central Banks are wrong about rate cuts at the same time you have high inflation although governments when they refer to hight -middle -low inflation actually mean c.o.r.e inflation!

  5. Thailand Authorities is only responsible for implementing almost mandatory health insurance for medical mafia and westerners are afraid to "burn money" for useless things to prove that they are healthy.

Any foreigner who is to be hospitalized for serious injuries in Thailand must be involved the home embassy for repatriation.

Thai medical mafia have cause huge damage in Thais reputation and I am talking about of my own I affraid medical mafia because thanks God I am healthy many years and of cource unvaccinated furthermore I have not take any medical drugs for the last 25 years as well as hopsital "accomodation" for any reason and I hate hospitals.

We experinence the dictactorship of white shirts with mandatory taking injections.

As everyone we want to live a quite life away from any "guidance" for mandatory drugs and we do not want to play our life russian roulette following the "guidance" of medical mafia cartel. All these things created a "sick environment" for every activity and I do not ommit finacial depression and dismissals of workers.

  6. First when we are in a foreign country we respect the rules and Authorities because we are visitors which in China is not to insult communist manifesto Party a "mixed" of socialism with chinese "characteristics".

Second in Thailand is to respect the King of Thailand who is also religious leader and Royal Family as well as Authorities.

Third in internet applications there are limits with some applications but you can "skip" the limits when you use VPN free provider as I do in order to download with torrent applications for my pc and to see porno movies because in Europe is a mixed of religious Evaggelical "Christians" with Protenstant -Catholic -Jahovah witnesss and it doesnt include Muslims Sehta civilians .....

  7. Amsterdam opts for 30 kilometers per hour in the city

A city with safer traffic The effects of a lower speed on traffic safety:

    Collisions have less impact;

    Motorists have a wider field of view;

    There is more time to react;

The braking distance is reduced considerably.

    Source:

    https://bikecity.amsterdam.nl/en/amsterdam-opts-for-30-kilometers-per-hour-in-the-city/

In highways we can decrease speed limit from 130km to 80km in order to reduse car emissions and safety.

  8. Customs and Border Protection  officers have the authority to ask travelers questions to determine their admissibility into any country.

This includes asking about the purpose of the trip, the duration of the stay, and other relevant details.

However, Customs and Border Protection officers are expected to conduct their interactions with travelers in a professional and respectful manner. While they have broad authority to question individuals, there are limits to the types of questions they can ask.

If you believe that Officers has acted inappropriately, you can seek assistance from a supervisor or file a complaint through the appropriate channels.

For my "little" experience as frequent traveler mainly in European and Asian continents I can assure you that most Border personnel are very professional and their job is to keep Kingdom of Thailand secure so its mistake to behave them impolite even in any random question and just answer to any question. Do not argue and do not rise your voice because they will lead you in second screening room to sit down with an agent and it doesnt have to do if you are from Philippines or from any European -American States.

I have experience many disputes at Suvarnabhumi airport as witnes with other travelers mainly from France because Border personnel found in their luggage 2 box of cigarettes that bought from Doha airport and they fine them with €500 and when I intervent as European to chill out -relax Frances screaming women someone from Thai Border personnel called me....FBI.....and they almost arrest me leading me in a border check room to.....check my one luggage middle size.

Unfortunately for them I dont smoke and my luggage was empty because I was going to stay in Thailand for 6 months and to buy many things. They were getting surpriced asking me why my luggage was empty and I answer them I wanted to buy many things from Thailand during my stay but to tell you the true during my next trip to Thailand I plan to transfer again an empty luggage with two inflated condoms inside......

  9. (Although I found the report in German Focus I make the interpretation for the members of forum)

An American first pretends to be German in a bar and then refuses to pay.😠

He attacks the waitresses and hits her in the face. A surveillance camera filmed everything.

This is the shocking moment a tourist attacks a waitress in Thailand. The American was out with his girlfriend in the nightlife district of Pattaya. There he entered a bar and introduced himself as a German tourist. When he was later handed the bill for 1,000 baht (around €25 euros), he refused to pay. Because he felt the bill was too high.

Tourist hits waitress in the face
The situation escalated: the tourist attacked the waitresses and even hit one in the face. The women were slightly injured. Shortly afterwards, the police arrived and arrested the man for drunkenness and assault. The US tourist is said to have subsequently offered 1 million baht (around €25,000 euros) as compensation for an out-of-court settlement. But the bar's employees want to continue the legal battle in court.

Thai citizens are not inferior citizens to be treated in this rude manner by western citizens.
As a Greek citizen from Athens I feel ashamed for the unacceptable incidents by westerners towards Thai citizens and Thai Authorities must take immediate protection measures by banning the entry for five years to western tourists who use violence against the gentle and smiling Thai citizens.

  10. Any foreigner who insults Thai citizen will have to leave the Kingdom of Thailand immediately.
Impunity breeds lawlessness, and the fact that the Thai citizen is a doctor from the scientific community has a weighty place in the Thai justice system.

Guests cannot have more rights than local Thai citizens. Βan at least 5 years and Thailand do not want pachyderm unacceptable behaviour from guest foreigners.

  11. Pachyderm human behaviour against to Thai lady from scientific community.

Golden visa is involved in this corruption system and lawyers use "collaterals" to support the Swiss client.

Where is Thai scientific community to support Thai doctor? Its not a sipmle "isolated case" against Thai civilians from European territory.

At least 5 years ban to ender again Thailand because human rights and dig human nity is not "negotiated" at any price.

  12. Good news for travel agencies mean bad news for our pockets.

Online travel agencies are in growth mode after a pandemic pause. According to the Business Research Company, the global online travel market is projected to grow from about $461 billion to about $972 billion between 2020 and 2025.

The great booking debate: Is direct better than a third-party site?

    Source:

    https://www.washingtonpost.com/travel/tips/booking-direct-travel-websites-flights-hotels/

and remember most people who have a good experience with direct sites don't write a review furthermore using third party site mainly in airtickets you have the advantage to compare prices.

You can also search flights and when you find your best flight option check the airline website. Most if not all airlines offer package deals and If you want to save money you have to do some research. No single source is always the cheapest or best way to book.

  13. Due to declining fertility rates Thailand already lacks workers:

Meanwhile, the construction sector had a labour demand of 1.32 million people, accounting for 10.76% of the service sector's labour demand. The top 5 provinces with the highest labour demand include:
    Bangkok, accounting for 29.76%
    Chonburi (4.44%)
    Chiang Mai (2.38%)
    Nakhon Ratchasima (1.79%)
    Songkhla (1.73%)
These figures reflect that while the service sector, particularly the tourism-related sector, is showing signs of recovery, the labour market is still unable to produce an adequate workforce to meet that demand. The NESDC therefore recommends that government should prioritise measures to address this issue, ensuring an adequate workforce to support the recovery of the tourism and related service sectors, as well as the construction sector.

  14. Where is Thailand scientific medical community to support Thai lady doctor from scientific community?

Is it responsible stance from Thai medical scientific community?

Human dignity should not be negotiated and be defined  comparing to 🤪 "Golden visa" 🤪 from "golden" Swiss -Russian -Ukranian -or Australian -Britain -Canadian -American "gentlemen".

I do not accept your "pardon" or forgiveness "gentleman" because Kingdom of Thailand have civil law and you do not have any right with your unacceptable stance to insult Thai civilians mainly Thai lady doctor from scientific community.

Five years ban to "gentleman" to take his lesson from Thailand because human dignity is not subject of "negotiation"!

I'm angry enouth with the attitude and stance of Thai justice system.

  15. Sodom and Gomorrah are two ancient cities mentioned in the Book of Genesis. Both cities were destroyed by fire from God because of their sexual wickednesses including rape, child sexual abuse, and indecent assault, as well as homosexuality.

The ancient Greek festival of Aloa was celebrated around the threshing floors of Attica and extended to Eleusis, where it ended, and then followed the Poseidon Procession with the final initiation into the mysteries of Demeter and Persephone and was a lewd festival of women in antiquity during which made use of strange effigies and provocative dances with the use of obscene vocabulary although in ancient times this was a habit and considered normal.
In modern societies Aloa have been replaced by infidelity and the more frequent change of love partners between families and we have the rise of domestic families violence.

  16. First you didnt refer what do you want to paint. External or Internal walls because we are talking about of two different qualities of color paint.

My suggestion is first to paint the first hand with primer oil for wall in order not to consume many litters of paint which is more expensive and after one day you can paint the color of your choice.

First you should sand with sand the walls - second with a brush take away the dust from walls -third paint with primer oil the first hand in walls - fourth paint first hand of paint and fifth next day paint second hand of paint in walls.

I am not professional but ...I have become professional since many years ago when I paint my three storey new construction house by painting external / internal walls with quality paints and primer wall oils. Totally I consume weght a ....tone of primers and paints and my house is in excellent condition many years ago.Do not forget the first hand to be primer wall oils and to cover the floors and insulate windows /doors / kichen -room closets as well as bathroom besides of that my suggestion is first paint the ceilings and corners with the skirting boards and after the walls.

  17. Speaking Thai? Why not its a very good idea and its a courtesy for Thai citizens.

What is the problem? As many Asian languages are formed in different alphabet and its not made in latino alphabet.

I am Greek from Athens and I know many Greeks who know to talk......Chinese language and work in logistics companies and enterpises but they dont know how to ...write Chinese letters.

Its astonishing that talking to them they all told they learn to speak basic chinese language after approximately a year but to write chinese it is extremely very very difficult and I suppose it exists in other Asian languages Japan -Thailand -South Korean etc.

Unfortunately I work in two jobs daily and I do not have free time for learning Asian Thai language but if I had the time I will try its like a courtesy for local population a foreigner to try hard enouth to learn their basic language.

  18. Did our "hero" pay any fine for insulting a Thai lady from scientific community?

Thai court ought to take immediately actions taking in to consideration that :

Penalties are intended to punish the offender.

The Measures  are primarily intended to protect society from the commission of future crimes and potentially dangerous behavior.

......according to Swiss Law "gentlemen" and "ladies" because you implement "therapeutic" measures to "large" E.U citizen from Swiss territory.....and we omit his misogynic unacceptable stance against to Thai lady from scientific community.

Banning for 5 years otherwise if he visits Thailand earlier then he outght to pay €20.000 fine.

  19. In Air Force One there is a lot of stuff going on that isn't nailed down
A political portal has revealed that the US President's official plane has a theft problem🙃.

Items have been disappearing from the Boeing 747 for years🙃

Air Force One is probably the most famous Boeing 747 in the world.

US presidents in particular travel with her, often accompanied by diplomats or representatives of the press. Now the political portal “ Politico ” reports that Air Force One has a theft problem.🙃 It is said that objects have been disappearing after flights for years.🙃
Crockery, blankets, glasses, but also napkins, pillowcases, plates with gold rims - anything that has the official emblem of the Potus (emblem of President of the United States) is easy for thieves to take. This was recently discovered by the security service during an inventory after a trip. The perpetrators are apparently members of the press corps, i.e. journalists traveling with them, reports “Politico”.🙃

  20. CDC Study Confirms COVID Jab Lowers Male Life Expectancy By 24 Years  An official new study has confirmed that men who receive the Covid vaccine will tragically suffer a 24-year loss in their life expectancy.  Scientists have analyzed the official data from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the UK government to determine the long-term harms of mRNA jabs.  The CDC All-Cause Mortality data has shown that each vaccine dose increased mortality by seven percent in the year 2022 compared to the same figures for 2021.  The data revealed that each year, every vaccinated person becomes more and more likely to die at a rate of seven percent per dose, per year.  This means that the mRNA vaccines and booster shots are a “slow-acting genetic poison,” according to the study.  The study also found that the human body cannot recover from any amount of mRNA injections.
