  1. I am confused why you did΄nt ask your compatriots in the Consulate of your country where they are ......insured?

Do you plan to get sick and stay in Thailand where medical mafia eat the money of healthy insured people?

When money in a situation is involved I trust no one health care provider because we are not talking about doctors but "professionals".

  2. For doctors people are a piece of meat for pharmaceutical experiments and if you die, it's your parents' DNA fault that's to blame....... I had a problem at my job because I work at Flight Simulator of combat aircafts and all staff were required to have medical free tests every 2 years.(general health status).

I haven't been to any hospital in over 25 years as well as I didnt take any medication even for headaches and I don't go to hospitals because I hate the unhealthy hospital environment.  At corona period many of my colleagues quit their jobs because they didn't want to get vaccinated and now the department is begging them to come back.

I wish you to be healthy and optimistic but its my nature to keep a median daily healthy food program as well as to run 20km per week althought I work in two jobs and I travel many times in European States -Asian States with fake photo certificate corona and nobody asks me to show it.(boring bureaucracy apartheid procedures).

  3. Millions of Chinese have been investing in the real estate market for many years. The constantly rising prices for apartments have attracted them and led to apartments being bought with the knowledge that they can later be resold at a higher price. These speculations gave real estate developers a boom - which has become a boomerang. The government also had the hot real estate industry on its radar and curbed lending out of fear of overheating.   Suddenly the real estate developers no longer received as much money or as steadily - which caused their model to falter. Current projects could no longer be financed with fresh money. This left invoices unpaid and projects not completed. The hype was broken and the cracks in the structure became visible

  4. Understand the simple things when we talk about real estate = China. China buys America's debt with U.S. Treasuries, which it has bought at a discount of 70% plus. Then he goes to the European Union-Asia and deposits the US bonds in Central Bank of individual country and asks them for payment in cash. Noone dares to dispute not to accept American Treasuries.......Uncle Sam will be angry.......

With the trillions of cash in his possession, the Chinese "investor" buys everything from restaurants, hotels, real estate, etc. Understand the simple things that is nothing for Chinese or Scandinavian or Qataris average citizens to come to a country with €2.000.000 -€3.000.000 and buy chain stores or real estate as deposit of their money.

If companies come, they usually do it to justify revenues from smuggling illegal "substances"......

For instance I am criminal and I want to justify illegal black money .How can I do it?

I set up an offshore company in Comores islands  in which it appears to the tax authorities that I bought or rent certain items and properties.

My profit  for example is €100 and I want to be appeared that I bought them €90. So.....I appear as the buyer of the property that I bought it for €90 from my offshore company and tax authorities tax me on ...... my profit of €10......Comores islands -Bahamas island - Figgy island -Virgin island and Switzerland -Lichtenstein -Monaco.....(European microstates......)

  5. You can check your bank account if you have paid your electricity supplier.
Never click on links on your computer or smartphone that direct you to websites that you are asked to enter your personal details or your bank card number. If you are not familiar with banking transactions you can give permanent order to the Bank's employee every month automatically the Bank to pay from your Bank account the bill of electricity provider or the bill of mobile phone provider. Its very safe method! Every electronic transaction in Greece (Europe) costs €0.50 cents for online payments and the same is if you give an order (online or physical presentation) to Banks employee. If you want to be jentleman to Banks employees give orders your monthly payments to be completed 5 days before expire date (valeur days), No problem and above all safe! Do not enter sign in your Bank account from PlayStore applications even if its your Bank application. You can safety ender with Chrome browser and after you complete your transaction go on upper screen right side (vertical ...) for : Clear Browsing Data and after make : update Chrome.....1.000% safe. Finally restart your Chrome browser in order to be updated continuesly!

  6. I am a Greek from Athens and I cannot inform you about the cost of guarding houses in beautiful Thailand but all I can tell you from a friend of mine who works as an escort guard on board merchant ships in the Arabian and African continent is that you are paid €2.500 (Thaibaht 95.800) per month.
In previous years they were paid €5,000 (Thaibaht 190,000) per month but payments have been reduced because the 24-hour security companies on merchant ships in order to reduse the cost they hire staff by the month rather than permanently.
Which means when the month of recruitment ends you are taken to the nearest port with other boats and stay in a 5 class hotel where you stay at your own expense or leave for your country.

At my house in Athens I have security doors with security special locker key (titanium protected) and aluminium windows with double glass with internal locker.

Furthermore if a criminal try to break window glass he will be injured because between the double window glass the technician pump argon gas for insulation, which makes a lot of noise when it breaks.

In the last few years I have installed external bars on the windows because I often travel for 8-9 months in Thailand where I work almost every year.

One time I made a mistake and I forgot my keys somewhere and I couldn't get into my house.
I called a skilled locksmith with special wolframium drills and makita tools to drill the lock on the door in order to get into my house.
It took 8 hours to drill the lock and destroyed over 7 wolframium drills.

  7. Finally, Thailand has turned into a mafia country both in the "domestic" services including the mafia insurance coverage of doctors and "tourists" permanently residing in Thailand. The Thai female national was a "professional" escort girl specializing in Swiss citizens.

Congratulation to Royal Thai Police Officers who clean up promptly this horrible "case".

  8. All life-saving components have an expiry date of life and an expiry date of operation.
In particular, parachutes have a specific way of "compression" in the bag so that when the owner is in a hurry they do not jam.
I have watched how rescue workers pack the parachute for both the fuselage of the fighter jet and the pilot.
In addition, all professional parachutists before each jump have two parachutes, one of which is in the chest as a reserve in case the main parachute does not open.

  9. Congratulations to Royal Thai Police Department for solving this case. The British should be banned from entering the Kingdom of Thailand for life by Thai authorities.
    1. They were in possession of drugs.
    2. They were in possession of weapons in a foreign country.
Thailand is not Europe and America's paradigm of lawlessness, and Thai citizens are not second-class citizens.

Congratulations to Royal Thai Police Department!

  10. The Embassies of the European Union and America are responsible for this unacceptable situation.
1.Health is not a "tourist product".
2.Embassies should have contracted hospitals in Bangkok-Phuket for emergensy treatment of western tourists.
3.Western tourists are the victims of the medical mafia which after the corona they want to be compensated for the damages they suffered during the corona.

European Union and America Embassies are responsible for this horrible and unacceptable situation.

Health is not a "tourist product". ......we play "corona game" but now the game is over!

  12. Thailand can implement what the Italian Prime Minister Georgia Meloni has implemented with a law against juvenile delinquency.:clap2:

In this charged atmosphere, Prime Minister George Meloni presented a new law on Thursday evening with which the government wants to bring this "escalation of youth violence" under control. This should be done mainly through tougher penalties. In particular, young people should be able to be taken to prison more quickly and for less serious offences than before. Previously, in order to be punished by imprisonment, offenders aged 14 to 18 had to have committed offences that carried a minimum sentence of nine years' imprisonment. This limit is reduced to six years. In future, 14-year-olds will also be able to be arrested for minor drug offences if they are caught in the act.

    Out of control
"The situation was out of control, something had to be done," the head of government said. Youth violence is also a consequence of the fact that until now juveniles who committed crimes did not expect any consequences. "For example, you couldn't arrest a teenager holding a loaded pistol,":clap2: said the head of the post-fascist Fratelli d'Italia party. That will now change. Widespread impunity for young people was also exploited by the mafia, which increasingly used minors for its criminal purposes. "By protecting them from punishment, we paradoxically put them at greater risk."

Meloni also wants to tighten the belts of students who don't show up for class.

However, it's not the absentees who should be punished, but the parents::clap2: they now risk up to two years in prison if they don't ensure their children turn up to class. Parents should also expect parental authority to be revoked. :clap2:"So far, parents have got away with a fine of just 30 euros," said the head of government. The school offers an alternative to violent crime, drugs and unemployment.

  14. Why the car rental companies Hertz and Sixt are separating from Tesla
The US car rental company is listing its electric models, especially vehicles from the Musk Group. The German company Sixt is also foregoing Tesla. What's behind it?

As to the reasons for the change in strategy, the landlord referred to the high costs of repairs and damage to the electric vehicles. The company said that expenses for repairs after accidents, particularly for electric cars, were high in the fourth quarter.
Hertz estimated the write-offs at about $245 million. “This accordingly supports the decision to reduce the electric car fleet,” it said.
Competitor Sixt had recently announced that it would no longer rent out Tesla electric cars due to weak resale values, and also pointed to higher repair costs.
In Europe, private demand for electric vehicles had recently cooled down noticeably, partly due to the cancellation of public subsidies.
With the news that the car rental company is now increasingly sorting out electric cars, quality problems with the vehicles are also coming into focus. Because there are currently significantly fewer electric vehicles than combustion engines on the market and they are relatively young, the data available on the vehicles is limited. According to testing experts from TÜV, the axle suspension and brake discs in particular are considered to be frequent defects in electric vehicles.

Data from Bloomberg NEF for Munich and Orlando airports, both locations with a particularly large number of rental stations, show: If providers such as Sixt or Hertz earn an average of $8.40 more per week for combustion engines for every $1,000 invested in their fleet, the figure for electric cars is $8.40 more just $5.20 per week.

  15. There is a controversial note in your question. I have also worked online in Thailand but the money I was paid was from the company based abroad.
I just stayed in Thailand for purely personal reasons because the company I was working for was outside of Asia.
For tax purposes I was stealing money from my Country which was outside of Asia and the money I had to pay tax was paid to Nana......In  your case if you are going to work for company which is in Thailand then you have to pay taxes in Thailand but if you are going to work for company outside of Thailand then you are not obliged to pay taxes in Thailand.

Anyway hold your mouth shut and do not talk about it even in your wife I fear good friends and not enemies....

  16. What the French did to a Thai citizen reaches the limits of racism.
They visited beautiful Asian Kingdom οfThailand and refused to pay the Thai working lady ιn addition they were rude to Thai police officers.
Ask them how much it costs in France to sit in a store........The French colonialists should learn that Thai citizens are not second-class citizens but we are all equal infront of the law and in our world.

As a European Greek citizen I am deeply sorry for their unacceptable behaviour!

  17. Thailand real estate danger zones: Under 3 million baht homes struggle to sell

The Real Estate Information Centre (REIC) identified ten dangerous zones for property development in Thailand, where houses and condominiums priced below 3 million baht are not selling. These areas require a selling period of between 30-78 months
According to a survey of condominiums and housing estates priced under 3 million baht in Bangkok and its vicinity in the third quarter of 2023, the sales volume was lower than in 2022 for every quarter. The third quarter saw a decrease of 7.4%, with condominium sales dropping by 4.5%. The number of unsold units increased every quarter, ending the third quarter at 49,433 units, a 27.5% increase. The value of these properties totalled 110,266 million baht, a rise of 31.5%.
Other areas include Phra Khanong, Bang Na, Suan Luang, and Prawet with 5,929 unsold units, expected to take about 32 months to sell. Thonburi, Khlong San, Bangkok Noi, Bangkok Yai, and Bang Phlat with 5,044 unsold units, are expected to take about 48 months to sell. Samut Prakan City, Phra Pradaeng, and Phra Samut Chedi with 4,175 unsold units, are expected to take about 31 months to sell, and Lam Luk Ka and Thanyaburi with 3,653 unsold units, expected to take about 44 months to sell.

On average, 3,000 housing estate units were launched per quarter in the third quarter of 2023, a decrease of 11.4% in new unit sales. This was the first quarter to witness this trend. The remaining unsold units totalled 44,174, valued at 113,180 million baht. Out of these, 95% are townhouses.

There are no townhouses priced below 1 million baht in the market anymore, with most priced between 2-3 million baht.

  18. Attention all imports from Asia to the EU are taxed at customs. When a product from Thailand has a cost of €10 then you impose VAT duty and tax per product category.  The only exception to import taxes is Vit-nam where the EU has signed a Trade Agreement.
Since it refers to vitamins, look at their characteristics before ordering them, for example Omega vitamins should have more DHA than DEA. To be of good quality, Omega vitamins should have more mg of DHA.
Also for those who have bone mass problems look for the calcium you order to have calcium phosphate otherwise it will not be absorbed 80% by the human body.

Viettnam removed 65% of its duties on EU goods the day the agreement entered into force. It will gradually remove the remainder by 2030. The EU will progressively remove its duties on imports from Vietnam by 2027.

In fact Vietnam free import in European States.

  19. Although I live in Greece / Athens where the air is very-very clean but I clean my air conditioning in my house every two months
First you take the air conditioner's plug out of the socket.
Second, if you want to follow the instructions in the video.
Third I clean filters in the bathroom with soap and water while the indoor air conditioning unit I go and buy either a/c cleaner or aluminum exterior cleaner for tough dirt.
Other friends buy foam spray even for kitchen stove it does a fine job and then spray water to clean it.

I apologize to the forum moderators for the youtube post but it is about preventive cleaning.

  20. I don't understand the change by Thai seventh coallition Government implementing an authoritarian visa control regime system that essentially makes legal tourists uncomfortable. Since I have a Bank Card and an account in my name which covers all my expenses while in Thailand then whats the problem? I have typed my return ticket to show at immigration and after 10 meters in exit of Suvarnabhumi airport I cancel it.The problem in mine not immigration offices bureaucracy.
