    Where to go (for the people who've been everywhere already)???

    Some epic "hidden gems" most foreigners never heard about (up to 4 hour drives from Bangkok):

    1. Pha Suk Nirun ผาสุขนิรันดร์ - stunning cliff views. Take a very short trail out of the Sky View Cafe. 
    2. Khao Nor-Khao Kaew เขาหน่อ-เขาแก้ว นครสวรรค์ / Wat Khao Nor - difficult short track but the scenery from the top will take your breath away, especially at sunset.
    3. Bueng Bua lake. An unforgettable one hour boat tour. Google Map: "Bueng Bua Boat Seaside Entrance" / Khao Sam Roi Yot National Park.
    4.  Phraya Nakhon Cave พระยา - Be ready for a jaw-dropping moment once the cave is revealed to you after a difficult but short track.

    This is promising but of course an official statement from the tax department is needed. I'd assume the same rules would apply to people who have Elite Visa.

    In the FAQ of the official website there is no mention of this. Your above quote was posted on 3rd party Elite visa websites which look official but are just sale agencies. It's validity was discussed here but not confirmed.

    Greetings everyone,

    Just discovered this imense forum and trying to navigate my way through all of this lol.

    I have a sister who lives in Bangkok and each time I visit her I fall more and more in-love with Thailand.

    I'm hoping to make it my second home soon.
