What has it to do with the case you mentioned? More incoherence?

Wow relax dude what is with you and Pilosi? I think that Pulosi is corrupt and thats my opinion.

You said “ If "all traders" knew she does insider trading, they would have rushed to do the same and the stock price would have increased in the next days.”

and i posted a link to an app that give updates on the trade of politicians.

    And That's your proof? 😅

May I ask what the insider information was? 😁

BTW. You are certainly not a trader either! If you were a trader, you would know they are informed of such purchases. If "all traders" knew she does insider trading, they would have rushed to do the same and the stock price would have increased in the next days. Instead of that it went down a little bit during the next days after she bought shares (according to the graph posted).

    They actually do.

  3. I have a Blockchain based company based in Canada and now in Thailand and let me tell you this is biggest BS  … Thailand does not have the workforce to be a tech hub. We cannot even find resources here that can do high level coding. We hired a thai tech guy who could code but a month later he said our tech was too much for him and he did not want to slow down the team. Even the BOI has no resource that can even understand anything outside of e-commerce.

if indeed Thailand wants to be a high tech base in Asia, it needs to be like Vietnam.

True to Independent form, they managed a heart breaking (it is) account, while dropping any mention of what prompted Israel's offensive, or even acknowledging Israeli children were murdered.

These thousands of children would have been alive today, if it was not for the Hamas 7/10 attack.

The only truth is “he who has the gold makes the rules” and controls the narratives.

after 75 years of illegal occupation, blockades, oppression, apartheid and biased news from the mass media?

Hamas attack does not mean attack on civilians.

  5. Our landlady, a Thai married to a farang, lives overseas and her house was unoccupied for almost a year in Hua Hin before we rented it. The real estate agent consults with her to manage property issues.

Before renting, we told the real estate agent the doors were not closing, the kitchen cabinet doors were not aligned, the ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms was not working. They said the would take care of it and we signed the agreement.  Nothing was ever taken care of.

In May, at the height of the heat wave in Thailand, the AC broke down, the landlord took her time to shop around with the real estate agent for low price repairs and it was 20 days before it was fixed. My 80 year old mother was vey dehydrated and uncomfortable and we had to take her daily to the mall to escape the intense heat.

We made them aware of a pipe leak as our bill was 100% more that usual, they told us it was our fault because we had mentioned the pool filter was filled with dirt and we had to clean it with help from neighbours. Thankfully the contractor told her it was an issue unrelated to the pool.

We went overseas for a month and when we got back one of the cabinet doors just fell on my husband. Again the real estate agent sent a contractor and told us we had to pay for it.

I know rental laws are lax in Thailand but is there anything we can do ?

  6. We are an intl tech company trying to set up a subsidy in Thailand and are currently applying for the BOI investment approval. One of the Co-founder is a Thai national and the rest are Canadian. The Canadian founder needs a Smart visa asap.

Here are some questions I have :

    1. Do I need to have 2 Thai nationals to open a company?
    2. Can someone recommend a good lawyer who knows the SmartVisa process as our law firm has no clue, although it is one of the top law firms
    3. We spoke to BOI rep and he suggested we incorporate the company first, then apply for the SmartVisa and let the BOI approval process, which can take time, happen in the background.

    thanks!
