I've been cycling in Thailand for many years both mtn and road.  I've never been asked for ID by anyone when out cycling.  However, I do carry a copy of my passport and also an ID card from my home country.  On the copy of the passport I have local contact info as well.  I keep it in a ziplock bag along with my phone.

It looks wise! I've never ever faced with it(Samui) and hope that I'll never! Btw, my cargo is arrived ???? Now I'm lucky owner of this monster! Let me know, who wants to ride someday! Cheers

Samui airport is a tad busy today, compared to recent times.

20 flights arriving from Bangkok, Phuket, Utapao and Singapore.

Hire cars are hard to find unless pre-booked.

Some guests struggling to hire one at the airport.

It's not a surprise. Btw, robbers near the airport put up giant prices and I'm wondering, how they still works and got orders

I bought a Stanley 10" Table Saw STST1825 made in China.

It was cheap, about 4,500 THB. I've absolutely no complaints: very sturdy and  reliable for DIY projects.

OMG! How is it possible? 11,800 THB atm and it hits the pocket. Isn't it a high-quality copy? Btw I got experience with Dewalt saws(this as example), as a rule, company offers an extended three-year warranty, which puts it ahead of many other portable contractor saws for reliability

I like to mix soil and amendments together then add some microorganisms and give it a few weeks before planting. Makes a real difference in soil texture. Microorganisms can be the widely available EM, already composted manure, or it is easy to find powdered versions on online or in shops you just sprinkle into the soil. If you don’t want to wait just mix in anyway and you’ll get some benefit now and more later.

Hi and sorry for the up. Do they need some special climate conditions? Is the small greenhouse the option in this case? I tried to grove tomatoes but unsuccesfully(used similar greenhouse at backyard's shadow side)

Go to the Phuket Sandbox, there are way cheaper hotels there, and then move to Samui.  Also if you plan to come November/December, the weather in Phuket is better.

In theory from 1st of October there would be entry for vaccinated without any quarantine requirements, but it is doubtful whether it would happen.

Does anybody know, when they stop tightening measures? I just want to wake up in one of Chongmon's resorts and visit my favourite local cafes, nothing more.
