Question for you not sure if you went back to Thailand yet, Wondering how close was your Thailand pass looked over? The reason I am asking is that I thought when I asked for my Thai pass test and go that I was going to arrive on 11/30 and was approved for this date, However when I checked my air I actually am arriving back on 12/1 and have since rebooked a new hotel with the correct dates. What are your thoughts on if immigration will give me a hard time on arriving with a new hotel not named on the original test and go. The hotel I have is legit and are picking me up at the airport in bkk and are doing the rt pcr test as well as I have paid for this with my reservation. Thank you

I submitted my request in Thai Pass 5 days ago and STILL no approval or denial.

I was planning on flying the weekend of 3 December so it's getting down to crunch time.

Do they normally take this long? I bought the AXA travel insurance, uploaded pics of that plus my US CDC vax card and my SHA+ hotel package.

Hey, I called the NY embassy and she able to pull up our info and approve us instantly and we got email on the spot with test and go Thailand pass. Extension 803. Hope this helps.

J&J vaccine on 31st of October....you need 14 days after the vaccination to qualify, and I'm not sure their system calculates this from today's date or your arrival date. The logic would be to use the arrival date, but then again this is the Thailand Pass system ????

I posted some links in the thread to talk back to them, chat with them and ask what is the reason for your rejection. If you upload the same documents and input the same data you'll probably get the same answer.

When it comes to the vaccination certificate details it asks for details of 1st dose and 2nd dose, but the EU certificate just shows 2/2, so showing the same certificate for both maybe the problem.

I have a card showing details of type of vaccine given , batch number etc.

Has anyone rejected tried using this card to show your first dose , then the certificate and QR code for the second.

Also how long is the pass valid for before your entry?

    Just keep trying.

I've tried like 15 times with 3 different email address, the last attempt worked INSTANT, received the QR code within like 5 seconds.

Do the tricks that seem to work, what i did :

    1) Converted all my PDF to JPEG (no snapshot) online, just google it
    2) Added a space after my passport number

    3) Chose AQ hotel instead of ASH+

    4) Uploaded my 2nd vaccine QR code (EU digital covid certificate) for both 1st and 2nd dose QR codes.

When i did that i worked like magic, i now have 14 pending requests but that didn't prevent the 15th attempt to go through

Edit : why did i try so many times ?

After reading that post and seing people getting some instant confirmation / QR code i knew that the system was automated (first i thought it was done manually).

Hence, if you do not receive that confirmation instantly it means that the system wasn't able to properly read some of your uploaded documents, and your request will be processed manually (that's why some people receive the confirmation 1-2-3 days after, there's a human being behind).

So just keep trying until the system is able to process automatically.

Awesome! Best thing is you got it at cvs. It’s one of the few places that offer the smart qr! Other places are starting to use this particular qr as well. I hope this works for you tomorrow. If you download smart verifier, scan the qr with the verifier and screenshot the details. You will be surprised. As it is more clear evidence of your vaccine.

    Hi.

I misspoke, it was Walgreens where I receive my 2 Covid19 shots. CVS is where I received my Flu shot.

It appears Walgreens does not use any Digital (Smart) health card or certificate in their system, only the paper record.

Any other options getting a QR Code for Covid19 results,

Yes, finally my husband was approved. After sending in 4 applications. I am believing that it is going by departure dates first. I am still waiting on mine and 3 others. We all depart the same day. I was denied for putting janssen vac twice since at that point there was no option. My friend as well. I did 3 more apps for me and him. I waited to do my other friends app bc of what was going on and finally did hers 2 days ago. I was vaccinated on Oct 31st but our departure is on 18th thru Singapore Airlines and arrive on the 20th. Well over 14 days before arrival. I hope that the system doesn’t block me because of that. But those are the requirements and I meet them. What I did different for my husband was put his hotel res, agoda res, Shaba res code with qr, and psas test w code from hkt airport in a pic collage app and downloaded it to phone and compressed it with another app to jpg. Also for the hotel confirmation that the ask for, I didn’t use Shaba code, I used the 5 letter and digit hotel confirmation code that I received directly from hotel. Also he doesn’t have a QR for his vaccine. Used only cdc card.  I have 3 more qr approval we’re waiting for, one friend has everything including smart code, and the other in same boat as me as she vaxxed on the 1st janssen. I also have an instant approval for the 3rd option which I have no intentions of using. I am leaning more on the reason we’re waiting more than others and vice versa is departure dates. Maybe I’m wrong. I hope this helps, I’ll keep posted.

Attn USA applicants that are close to flight departures:

I was able to get my passes approved today which were 3 left. I called the NY Thai embassy. The lady that answered was very sweet. Asked me my passport informations and names. She went over everything to make sure they were good to go. Had passport, vax cards, QR code for all vax except one person, Shaba codes, hotel res, pcr tests, and AXA insurances. Once she verified, we were approved immediately and I received QR codes on the spot for all. I’m attaching the phone number and extensions to dial. 2127541770 Ext 304 ,308 , and 311 Good luck

Same for me. When I heard that passes were being issued for flight dates well past mine I really felt that I was lost in the system. Support@ replied within the hour with the Pass. Nice to know that I’m not alone in the misery of the last week. I have said sorry to the cat !

Hello, thanks for adding! I just did exactly as you mentioned for 4 of us. Hopefully I hear something back soon fingers crossed!

So the Smart Health Card Verifier reads my Canadian QR from the proof of vaccination. Shows name, birthday, vaccinations. Does that mean I should be automatically approved and receive my TP QR almost instantaneously? Given submitting everything correctly, cropping QR etc. of course.

I used screenshot of smart card info next to the digital vaccine QR code in one jpeg together. In vaccine cert part I used my cdc card. I’m still waiting for approval. I did do this for AQ as well and got it instantly. I’m very weiry about using the AQ qr. So hopefully test and go gets approved. I’ll keep updated.

Also in CommonPass app you can scan same qr from cvs and get a CommonPass. This is what they are using for Singapore airlines and others too.

Go online and get your digital certificate. CVS uses the same qr needed for smart card. You are good. You get it instantly. Google CVS digital vaccine and you get your info on the spot. And it is the more recognized digital vaccine. (Common trust CommonPass and smart card) crop your digital vaccine qr and put in the vaccine qr box.

Yes it didn’t work. Only the email conf:( guess I’ll have to wait it out and see. I can’t reschedule the date of flight or hotel booking. Hotel was non refundable and I used my vacation days at work. I’ll let know if anything changes. Thank you for the suggestion.

Same here, submitted everything correctly for 4 people and nothing. It’s been almost 4 days! Redone with new gmail accounts for all 4 and created jpg for all docs (passport shaba conf w qr at bottom, psas receipt w qr, vax certs w QR codes. Mine was denied the same night I applied due to getting vaccine on Oct 31st. November 20th arrival. Which is well over the 14 days of being fully vaxxed. From what I am reading here, it seems like nobody from the US is getting the approval QR codes. When I did the new gmail accounts, all had instant conf of app received as well. This is so frustrating…..

  13. Si I have figured this out on my IPhone. It is running on IOS 15 (latest)….

Thanks to everyone on this thread, I was able to pull this off for my husband.

Step one: Download Google Chrome on IPhone.
Step two: Make a Gmail account to add to TP.

Step three: Take Shaba booking and Prepaid pcr test and make a double collage. Send screenshots of all documents needed to gmail account. This is to make it fit and can be seen clearly.

Step four: Download all 4 images from gmail account to photo gallery on iPhone.

Step five: Go to TP website, fill in passport and add a space at the end when putting in number. Add all images and put info as should.

    Step six: press submit.

Step seven: received instant notification thru new gmail account that application was received! Time stamp of email is 1121 utc-4. The moment I receive an email with an update, I will let all know on this thread.
So we can all have a rough estimate on timing. I hope this works for all as frustrating as this may be. Thank you again for everyone’s insight!

I have the single dose Janssen vaccine.  I tried to enter my information on the computer, but can NOT get past the vaccination page.  I select just the 1 dose for Jannsen, upload the certificate ( I modified my cert and added my passport number),  but there is lots of "red" on the QR it seems to want even though it says "if you have one". and there is red at the dose 2 blocks, which I should not need to fill out, nor can I.  The website seems to be stuck here.  I am guessing I could make up some data and fill in the dose 2 again, selecting Janssen and a date that it would accept, upload the single dose cert again, etc.  But that seems like just another thing to confuse the officials, and really is not what was done.  Note I am a USA citizen, and our CDC card has no QR code, or passport number on it.

Has anybody successfully input the single dose Jannsen vaccine?  Up to that point the web site was working pretty smoothly.

Hello, I am from USA, I recently received the Johnson and Johnson vaccine on October 31st. have a flight on Singapore airlines arriving to Phuket on November 20th. (Which means I’ll be fully vaxxed) It is 4 of us with intentions of flying to Bangkok a few days later. Initially was going to do Sandbox but since reopening, opted to go other places in 2 weeks time. So yes, I had problems too with the vaccine part on website. I input it twice for the certificate and QR code. If you were vaxxed at a state mass vaccination, you most likely won’t be able to get a QR code. If you can’t generate one, I highly suggest not to book flight with Singapore airlines, you won’t be able to board without the QR code(smart pass, CommonPass, and common trust) The American certificate for vaccine doesn’t provide passport numbers like few countries that might. When you get vaxxed that clearly has nothing to do with it. I’ve spent well over 5,000 $ for this trip and have everything, just to be rejected. Not counting my vacation time from work that I can’t reaccomodate. I feel hopeless as I tried to speak with all Thai embassies in the US. So to answer your question, it will be denied if you input the Johnson vaccine twice. If you run across anything please do let me know. I am anxious and worried. I’ve been to Thailand and planned on returning since I fell in love with the place. But with going on and spending countless dollars and recieve nothing in return is making me feel different. I hope it works out for you! I’ll try again and keep posted.

  17. I was able to submit on iPhone 13 pro max. Originally it kept saying passport number used, also got a rejection email because of vaccine. Well I received Janssen vaccine. So I put the same info twice. Can’t use same date, so I put one day ahead on the second one since I could move pass that to the next page. I used the same vax card and QR code as well on the second one. I downloaded google chrome on my iPhone and it worked perfectly. I’ve done 2 submissions so far. Download google chrome if your doing from a phone. And if you mysteriously was rejected, resubmit with a different email. I hope this helps! Also if you have any dash on your insurance number use spaces instead of the dash.
