Well, I would estimate the number of independent western women living overseas (without the inevitable husband in tow) at less than 1% ( if that) of western expats. I’ve never come across one in fact. Most younger women would always return home to further career, marry & start families. A quite separate way smaller demographic with undoubtedly their own contact networks. Women by evolutionary design are not “wanderers” ; they ultimately stay close to original home & family rather than seek new ones like many men obviously do here.

Try Public Hospitals if not insured. Tariffs 25-35% private hospitals. Prepare though for long initial processing, lengthy waits at each “ stage” & huge crowds of old sick Thais, many dying slowly right in front of you. ????????
