  1. Hello I called again the airport service for elderly people assistance.. The guy s english language is quite difficult to understand.. He finally told me he cannot book this service and I have to go on sawadee by AOT to book it.. and it would be on the 1st page.. Did it but nothing appears.. I tried through the company but they don t have the electric cart service but only whellchair and my husband who has problems to walk on long distance, doesn t want to sit in a wheelchair.. Anybody could connect to this service and get it please ? Otherwise I still will have time to book through the company a wheel chair, happy or not.. Thanks a lot to everybody Have a good afternoon
  2. Thank you very much
  3. Thank you.. the only explanation I have is greed.. they want to sell new tyres.. For batteries however I feel their duration is quite short here.. 2/3 years and gone. For the tyres car has 128.000 Kms and I have already changed the tyres 3 times..last time in August 2022.. make approximately 10.000 Kms per year, partly town or highway and don't use continuously using brakes.. drive at around 89/90 except on highways at 130.. so tyres are not ruined at all.. pretty sure that they still can run 20.000 Kms minimum Have a good day
  4. I am very concerned about safety and tyres.. however I don't see any reason to change tyres after 2 years if they are in good shape, not dry and run only 25.000 Kms.. Honda doesn't even have a look at the tyres.. just the guy in front of his computer saw when I went for maintenance (do it as normal every 10.000 Kms) that the tyres had more than 2 years and said to change them. By the way they also assured me after checking the car that the battery had to be changed.. when I had fixed a new battery 2 months before (but not in Honda). Went back to the garage where I had the new battery fixed.. he checked in front of me and showed me the battery was perfect.. he said "Honda needs money" and laughed This was changed last August and Honda info in October.. not a single battery problem till date..so.. I trust them for regular checks but I feel they have a tendency to push you in unnecessary expenses Good night
  5. Hello I have some bad experience with Honda.. 2 times already (as they regularly maintain my car) they told me to change the tyres which were still in good shape. I changed them as it was finally necessary (I always change them as soon as they become in semi good shape).. They fixed Dunlop now 2 and a half years ago and I have made only 25.000 Kms.. they are in good shape but Honda says to change them.. When asked why ? Their answer is .. tyres above 2 years must be changed.. Never heard anything like that.. normally I think reasonable even with low mileage to check the tyres when they reach 5 years.. or after 40 to 50.000 Kms.. Has anybody been told also that 2 years tyres must be changed ? I imagine it is just a "commercial" policy without any technical basis.. Thanks for feedback
  6. Hello Apart from being very close to 2 small roads in which there are a lot of small thai houses + a local dispensary/hospital where employees have their dormitories, it is right in front of a big thai marine building.. + at the side of Baan Somprasong condominium which is right on the beach.. In some countries law admits confiscating the "tool" which has been used to commit an offence.. in this case the car.. if belongs to me.. but seems a big punishment for me The guy seems like a decent guy when he speaks with the police officer.. he surely acted like an idiot and maybe was drunk (which is not an excuse but at the contrary a second offence when driving.. if unknown for anything else should get his immigration status checked (lots of russians are around and I wonder how so many "young" people get a visa to stay here for months) and a heavy fine should be a sufficient punishment.. first and last chance given to him Deport ing him for some night noise nuisance seems a bit heavy to me.. there is no legal punishment for being an idiot.. maybe a one night stupidity.. !! Have a good day
  7. Thank you Have a good day

  9. Hello Heard on 1.03FM Pattaya a few days ago there are or will be free help measures in the airport for handicapped or elderly people to avoid the long walk to the planes. It is said it has to be booked.. anyone knows who to contact ? Thank you Have a good Sunday
  10. Tel/WhatsApp David 0944935141. I send it again by private message also.. They come to my house this morning.. so if you send me your contact per private message, I will give him Good luck
  11. Next and last..😀 Thank you and have a nice evening
  12. Thanks for input.. but we won't come back even for holidays.. we are above 70 and decided it is wiser to go and live close to the kids at nearly 20.000 Kms from here.. Getting older and having health concerns will be easier to manage, having some support.. and going when we can still travel on such a long distance has been taken into account in our decision. Should we be 20 years younger your advice would definitely have been followed. All the best to all
  13. Hello I have sent you a private message with David De Vos phone/WhatsApp contact if it can help you Have a good day
  14. Hello Would recommend United relocation Bangkok..David De Vos.. We just move from Sattahip and are satisfied with their service. I think however they will handle the matter from packing here till port/custom clearance in Us.. you could then organise pick up from the harbour or clearing agent. Have a good day
