It appears that Fidelity is now able to send SMS to foreign numbers. I was able to receive an authorization code to my Thai mobile today. It didn't work a few months ago, so it seems to be a recent change. Check the mobile number you have on record with them. They now accept country codes in the phone section of your profile. I've been dealing extensively with the Federal Benefits Unit in Manila for more than 3 years, and I've found them to be very helpful via email. (I'm not an American, so there are some complexities in receiving SS benefits, particularly for dependent children). Paul Laew
