You are right. Anything else that I may be asked for? With this appointment system if you lack something - you need to get another appointment at another day and those appointments’ slots are usually full for a week or more ahead. This is why I am worried about missing something.

An onward ticket from Thailand back to where you came from (or a booking of such a ticket). 6. hotel booking in Thailand (for what period minimum?) Is something missing on my list?

Is Jomtien immigration open this Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (31.07, 1.08 and 2.08)? There are religious holidays on some of these dates.

Dr Jack, I have another question for you. I left Thailand (where I lived for 3 years at one and the same location registered with the Jomtien immigration) 6 months ago. Now I came back. Can I now use my old address registration (as if I am still living there) and to avoid all the new address procedure registration or there is no choice but to register a new address with the Immigration?

What if I stay in condo? What papers do I need?

Just a one month extension for a visa free (stamp only) entry. Do not really want to visit the Jomtien immigration again. Please, advise on the agency who can deal with it for me. Thank you

You can find my story and background in the other thread of mine in this section of the forum (“the meaning of the stamp”). I am in my late forties. The officials were quite aggressive in the beginning (as much as Thai people can be aggressive). The entry denial stamp I got back in December on the Cambodian border was the real reason for my troubles. Luckily, boss-woman turned out to be a positive person at the end which definitely decided my case. I presented the money, onward ticket and hotel booking which eventually satisfied her. She told me to get a visa next time.
