First I want to say thank you to the group. I've been reading articles in the shadows and now have decided to join in hopes of gleaning more knowledge of Thailand...

I have been coming to Thailand for 3 years... I know I am a rookie. I am getting married in February and setting down roots in a small farming community in Northeast Thailand called Nawa.

I have been in healthcare for 30 years practicing Traditional Chinese Medicine. For the past 12 years I have been traveling the world as an Acupuncture Physician on various cruise lines around the world. I plan on continuing to do so for a few more years. So far 85 countries and counting...

I have also been a professional photojournalist since 1979 and still write travel articles for an international publication. I've covered everything from professional sports to concerts to travel. In early 2020 I decided to give videos a try and I started a YouTube Channel called "Travel Guide and Photography". I have also had a travel blog of the same name for a number of years with much more content. Don't get the two confused... one can be found on youtube and the other in a google search if you care to take a look.
