Several land borders require 2 nights out of the country, a flight ticket and proof of funds for a 60 day visa exempt entry. How does immigration approach people like OP that is married and do this entry with the purpose of restarting the process, to convert the entry to a NON-O based on marriage and 12 month extension at a local immigration office?
