It's Thursday and things doesn't getting better as I expected.

I tried finding girls from international positive dating sites and Thai dating sites and I think they are very very complex to use.I am not a gold member that I can not even say hello to person I’m interested in.Girls who saw my personal information（HIV+）gave me no reply anymore.

I'm not cash so I'm not able to make all people to love me.I am just an ordinary man living with the damn HIV.I got the punishment I deserved.

Hello Kevin my name is Scott from The HIV Foundation Thailand. Our organisation runs a free service that helps people with HIV to access the health system and to get the treatment they need. In our current service we provide support to both Thai people and others from neighbouring countries. We walk through the health system with people with HIV and accompany them to appointments as they need them. We do this because the Thai health system is so complicated and many people get very confused about how to get what they need. Many people on this stream have suggested the Thai Red Cross and this is a great idea but yes you will need a prescription from Dr here first.

Some of us at the foundation also have HIV ourselves and so if you call us you can be sure that you are with friends who will understand and help you. Why are you limiting yourself to HIV+ women?

I think HIV - women will not accept me and they may discriminate against me.I don't have the initiative when facing them and I choose give it up.

Maybe all of these were my suspicion.

But one thing is certain that I do not want to infect my woman/wife with HIV.

Kevin, I'm sorry to hear about your situation but with the advances in HIV treatment your chances of living a normal life are much higher then before. I agree with Sheryl's advice as The Thai Red Cross Anonymous Clinic are very experienced in HIV treatment and they treat patients with dignity and confidentiality. The Thai Red Cross Anonymous clinic was founded and staffed in collaboration with top immunologists from Chulalongkorn University so you will be in good hands as they have recognized expertise in HIV treatment in Thailand. HIV treatment for thais is free of charge under the Universal Health Care program but even for you I'm sure the price of treatment will be reasonable.
Since there are currently many combinations of anti-retroviral medications available I advise that it might be best to undergo testing for viral loads and CD4 counts again in Thailand to evaluate your current condition. If you have any history that you can get translated into english from your hospital of treatment in China that may be helpful for doctors in Thailand.

You are right. The drug resistance is a serious topic for all HIV+ persons.

The least expensive source of these drugs is the Thai Red Cross Anonymous Clinic; this is also the least expensive source for viral load/CD4 tests etc. You will need a doctor's prescription first. See this thread for some recommended doctors and address/location of the Thai Red Cross Clinic:

I know what you mean.I read some articals on the internet and know that drugs in Thailand is fewer side effects compared with in which free offered in China.I feel like vomiting every time I took the medicine but my doctor can't do anything to help me.She just suggests me to take some antiemetics.I did but it doesn't seem much effective.

A Thai doctor's prescription is not a problem. I can accept antibody detection again in Thai hospital,as well a medical inspection.I just need a better health care to prolong my life.Anyway,your reply is helpful to me.Thank you again!
