My understanding is that our visa extensions expire (non-imm O family visa in my case) on July 31.  Are we all just waiting to hear if they will extend this again (in light of airport closures) or has an announcement been made?

My friend's grandmother is alone in Buriram. She (my friend) is abroad and can't help.  Her doggie died lately and we want to get her another one.

Any suggestions?  We will pay for someone to get the vaccinations and adoption fees and then deliver the dog and food to her. Just a friendly shorthair puppy or friendly adult.

We walked into UOB and Bangkok Bank to see about opening a bank account and was told that I mist have a work permit.

Yet, how does one do this if they are pursuing a Retirement Visa

Any suggestions on banks that do not require a work permit?

We will arrive on at noon and need to get to Conrad. Two adults and one kid with two bags. Are taxis now queing at arrival terminal or do we need to take a bus to get to the taxi? How much are airport limo cars? Any advice? We will be tired som $$ is not too much of an issue, but the hotel charge of 3000 bht is too much.
