There is no baht before immigration, so I assume it will be paid by card. Then the question arises, will they calculate the exchange rate from every country tourists arrive from? More confusion and delays on the horizon.

Whether you like it or not, it's called 'progression'.

If we were to go back in time several hundred years, we wouldn't be understood using our modern English. And vise versa.

The English language is very much alive and is recognised as THE International business language so I think it's here to stay.

How about an apology to the nation for causing the closure of family run businesses and suicides because people couldn't afford to pay rents or feed themselves? Or 'I'm sorry I f@cked up the economy but I had to dole out brown envelopes to my mates in the hotel, pharmacutical and app industries'. 'Trust me, I will get it right next time'.

Quick, shut the country down, bring back qurantine, TP, insurance, vaccine and booster shots. There's more graft to be had.
