'No-one left behind' I see that the streets and drainways will not be cleared by Monday, as scheduled. I see homes and businesses still choked with mud and floodwater. I see some homes being offered up to three fluro light fittings for self installation. No rewiring. I am being told that relief funds have been selectively distributed, despite the fact that flood water and mud levels did not discriminate between adjacent homes, businesses and streets. I see residents, still in shock, being told by head villager and government officials that no further applications for ฿74m relief funding is available.
