My original visa is OA, and I never presented insurance certificate for any renewal ( 5 years)... Thank you for your help !

Till now I didn't have to present Insurance certificate for the annual renewal of my non imm retirement visa, did the law change since September 1st 2022 ? Any reference ? Many thanks in advance
